7. Eligibility for Participation:

1. Form a team to register for the competition with the city and industry sports associations as the unit. There is no limit to the number of places (the best results are admitted).

2. Participants can only compete on behalf of the city where they are registered. Players who communicate across regions must submit the exchange agreement to the Liaoning Provincial Sports Federation before the game.

3. Each participating unit can apply for 1 team leader, 1 coach, and 6 athletes. Over-editing is strictly prohibited.

8. Competition method:

1. Open team competition

Using the Swiss shift system, a total of 7 rounds are played, with 16 decks of cards played in each round. Ranked by VP. When the VP is the same, the ranking shall be arranged according to the rules of the refereeing law.

2. Open Doubles

Determine the competition method according to the registration situation.

9. Referee and arbitration: The chief referee and arbitration shall be appointed by the organizer. Referees are hired by the organizer.

10. Admission rankings and rewards:

1. This competition is held at the same time for the 11th Liaoning Provincial Games Bridge Tournament and the 2010 Liaoning Provincial Bridge Championship.

2. The 11th Liaoning Provincial Games Bridge: Open team-style and open double competitions respectively enroll the top 6 (take the teams with the best performance in each city), and award medals and performance certificates for the 11th Liaoning Provincial Games.

3. 2010 Liaoning Provincial Bridge Championships: Open team-style matches and open doubles tournaments were admitted to the top 6 according to their results. Awarded medals and performance certificates from the Liaoning Provincial Sports Bureau.

4. A meeting of team leaders, coaches and referees will be held at 19:30 on April 30.

5. Each team is responsible for the expenses for the competition. The conference will assist in arranging board and lodging. The standard of board and lodging is 130 yuan per person per day.
