Notice on Holding the 10th "Dongfeng Cup" Bridge Competition of Dongfeng Motor Corporation

According to the Dongfeng Motor Corporation's trade union and the Bridge Association's annual plan, in order to further promote the development of the bridge activities, enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the employees, and show the "harmony" culture of Dongfeng Motor Corporation's "harmony and mutual benefit". After the research decided to organize the tenth "Dongfeng Cup" bridge competition of Dongfeng Motor Corporation, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Organizational unit:

Second, the competition project
1. Team competition project:
(1) Public groups (2) Women's groups (3) Youth groups
2. Doubles event:

(1) Open double (2) Women's double (3) Mixed double
(4) Youth Double (5) Elderly Double
Third, the time and place of the competition:
1. Team competition pre-final time: late December 2014. Location: Wuhan (Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. Commodity Research and Development Institute).
2. Open doubles, women's doubles and mixed doubles in the doubles have preliminaries, which are divided into the preliminaries of the Shiyan branch and the Wuhan branch. The units in the Shiyan area will prelimin at the Shiyan branch. Wuhan and other foreign units will prelimin at the Wuhan branch. The units affiliated to the Xiangyang Branch will enter the competition on the principle of proximity. The preliminaries will be arranged by the clubs according to the actual situation and will be completed before December 13-14, 2014. The top six of the two venues are eligible to participate in the finals.
3. The Youth Doubles Pre-final is tentatively scheduled to be held in Wuhan (Dongfeng Honda Automobile Co., Ltd.) on December 7, 2014. The open doubles, women's doubles, mixed doubles finals and senior doubles pre-finals are tentatively scheduled for 2014. December 13-14 at Shiyan (Dongfeng Bridge Club).
Fourth, team mode:
In principle, each grassroots party committee of Dongfeng Motor Corporation can organize one team to sign up for each competition in the group project. The number of double-player events is not limited. The participating units can report to the team leader, coach 1 and team members in each team competition, 6 in the doubles and 1 in the contact.
V. Eligibility and registration method:
1. The participating athletes must be contract workers of Dongfeng Motor Corporation.

2. The grassroots party committees participating in the group project competition must ensure that at least three players of the unit play in the competition. Other athletes who are not participating in this unit must also be employees of Dongfeng Motor Corporation or registered members of Dongfeng Motor Corporation Bridge Association.
3. Participants who are not participating in the competition must be agreed by both parties and always represent one participating unit during the competition.
4. The ages of the members participating in the Old Bridge Project are:
Male: 55 years old or older (born before December 31, 1959)
Female: 50 years old or older (born before December 31, 1964)
5. The members of the Youth Bridge project are under the age of 30 (born after January 1, 1984).

7. Admissions and awards:
1. The top 8 teams in this competition will be awarded the top 8 and the top 6 will be awarded the first prize.
2. During the competition, the "I and Dongfeng Bridge" essay selection activity will be carried out to collect the articles of the Dongfeng Bridge people's experience, sentiment, and promote Dongfeng culture. Awarded outstanding works will be rewarded.
3. Organizing and selecting the 2014 Bridge Popularization Excellent Trainer Activities. The selection method will be issued separately.
8. Matters not covered otherwise.
