2008 Shenyang Weekend Series Bridge Finals Team Competition Rules

1. Organizer: Shenyang Bridge Association


2. Competition time: December 27th and 28th, 2008. The game will start at 9 am


3. Competition venue: Shenyang Bridge Association Activity Center


4. Entry method:


              1. Free team registration, each team can report 4 to 6 players.


              2. Participants must have participated in the 2008 National Bridge Communication Competition at least once in the Shenyang Bridge Activity Center.


              3. A maximum of 8 teams are limited to participate. If the number of registered teams exceeds 8 teams, they will be sorted according to the average number of the sum of the 2008 average series points of all the participating players. The top 8 teams are eligible to participate.

5. Competition method:


       1. 8 teams in double-elimination rounds.


       2. The method for determining the number of the seeded team: sort by the average number of the sum of the average series points of all the registered players of each team.


3. Each match will be decided by a pair of one-to-one match. If the score is the same, it will be settled by IMP.


4. The specific game method and game schedule will be announced before the game.


5. The last game in the losing zone and the last game in the winning zone will be broadcast on BBO.


6. Cards for the game: Except for the two broadcasted games, which are issued by computer and copied by a designated person before the game, all other games will be hand issued by the players on the table.


       Sixth, reward: take the top 3 rewards.


       7. Matters not covered will be notified separately.


       8. The right to interpret this regulation belongs to the Shenyang Bridge Association.
