1. Time and place

May 28, 2010 - May 30, held in Fuyang City, Xinjiang Hangzhou Sanatorium (referred to as "New Therapy").

2. Sponsor: Zhejiang Bridge Association.

4. Competition items: Open team competition.

5. Participation method

1. Taking the county (county-level city, district) as the participating unit, each county (city, district) can apply for a team. The organizer (district team) may report an additional team.

2. Each team is limited to one team leader and six athletes. Players must be from the county (city, district), and are not allowed to compete from other counties (cities, districts) and other provinces.

3. All athletes who want to participate in the 2010 provincial A and B bridge championships are not allowed to participate in the county-level team competition.

4. The province is limited to 24 teams. When the registration limit is exceeded, the participating teams will be determined by the order of the postmark date sent.

6. Competition method

1. The game is divided into two stages: preliminaries and finals. The preliminaries are divided into three groups for a total of seven rounds of round-robin competitions. The rankings are ranked according to the accumulated VP. The top two teams in the group will participate in the finals. The team's results are calculated according to the results of the group stage) to determine the final ranking.

2. Teams that have not reached the finals can participate in the additional Swiss competition.

3. There are 16 decks of cards in each round of preliminaries and finals.

4. It is forbidden to use weak opening bids, psychological bids and other unusual bidding systems.

5. Each pair of players must bring a contract card to the field.

6. Implement the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the Chinese Bridge Association in 1999.

7. Admission ranking and awards

The top four in the open group, and the top two in the additional Swiss competition, will be rewarded.

The top two teams in the open group finals were promoted to Zhejiang Provincial B Team and participated in the Provincial B Bridge Championship in the second half of 2010.

All teams are required to report to the Fuyang Xinjiang Hangzhou Sanatorium (referred to as "Xinjiao") before 10:30 a.m. on May 28, and hold a team leader meeting. It opens at 12:30 pm.

9. Expenses

The registration fee for each team is 300 yuan, and each person pays 320 yuan for room and board. The insufficient part will be subsidized by the organizer.
