Open Pairs, Ladies Pairs, Mixed Pairs.
6. Participation method: The education department (Education Commission) of the province, autonomous region and municipality directly under the Central Government and the College Student (Student) Sports Association are responsible for the registration work in the region.
(1) Registration: All member institutions of the Bridge Branch of the Chinese University Sports Association can apply for participation.
(2) Conditions of entry:
1. Athletes must be approved by the admissions committee (office) of colleges and universities where the candidates are located in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education on the unified admissions examination and admission of colleges and universities across the country.
2. Athletes must pass the cultural exam, abide by the relevant regulations of the school, and be in good health.
3. All athletes participating in the competition must be officially registered with the Joint Secretariat of the Student Sports Association of the Ministry of Education, and have obtained the "Chinese University Student Athlete Registration Card" after examination.
4. Athletes must be under the age of 28 (born after January 1, 1982)
(3) How to participate:
1. Each team is limited to 1 leader, 1 coach, and 4 to 6 athletes.
2. All competitions must be teamed with students from the school, and no cross-school alliances are allowed. Open team competition, women's team competition and mixed team competition are limited to 1 team per school.
3. Registration: All participating units should send the registration form to the Competition Department of the Joint Secretariat of the Student Sports Association of the Ministry of Education before June 17, 2010 [Address: 602, Building 4, No. 8 Courtyard, Shangdi West Road, Haidian District, Beijing, China Postcode 100085 Tel: 010 -66093800 Fax: 010-66093840]; Bridge Branch of China University Sports Association [Jin Zhou Collection, Box 38, No. 241, Weijin Road, Hexi District, Tianjin, 300074], one copy each. Late applications will not be accepted (subject to the postmark date).
4. Registration: All participating teams will report to the competition area on July 16 (teams that do not participate in mixed competitions can report on the 18th). When registering, the participating athletes need to bring their student ID card, ID card, student athlete registration card and personal accident insurance policy.
5. All participants must apply for "personal accident insurance" at the local insurance company (including during the competition and on the way to and from the competition).
(4) Procedures for registration:
1. The person in charge of the school where the athlete is located shall log in to the Registration Center of the Student Sports Association of the Ministry of Education (www.sports.edu.cn) or directly log in to the school sports competition registration management system (Education Network: 202.205.109.196 Netcom/Telecom: 211.151.94.148) The online registration of athletes will be reviewed and approved by the Department of Education (Education Commission) where the athlete is located, and the registration person in charge of the Joint Secretariat of the Student Sports Association of the Ministry of Education will approve and issue a registration card. When registering, you need to fill in the athlete information, registration period, upload athlete photos, ID cards, scanned copies of student ID cards, etc. (see the National Student Athlete Registration Management Regulations for details).

2. Registration fee: According to the "National Student-Athlete Registration Management Measures", each registered athlete will be charged a cost and handling fee of 20 yuan per year.
3. The registration deadline is June 17, 2010. Overdue registration will not be accepted and will not be allowed to participate in the competition.
7. Competition method:
(1) The competition implements the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" and "China Bridge Association Double Contract Bridge Competition Law (Trial)" approved by the Chinese Bridge Association.
(2) Competition method of open team competition: The competition will be held in two stages.
The first stage: Swiss-style shift tournaments, 12 decks of cards per round, 6 rounds of competition.
The second stage: knockout and play-offs.
Knockout: The top 8 in the first stage will play in the knockout round. There are 24 decks in the quarter-finals, 24 decks in the semi-finals, and 32 decks in the finals.
Play-offs: Continue to Swiss Shift, with 12 decks per round and 3 more rounds. The teams that did not enter the top 8 in the first stage and the losing team in the quarter-finals will enter the play-offs with all the results of the first stage. The top 4 in the play-offs are ranked 5th to 8th in this competition.
(3) Competition methods for women's team competition: The competition is divided into two stages.
The first stage: the Swiss system shift tournament, 12 decks of cards per round, 5 rounds of competition.
The second stage: knockout and play-offs.
Knockout: The top 8 in the first stage will play in the knockout round. There are 24 decks in the quarter-finals, 24 decks in the semi-finals, and 32 decks in the finals.
Play-offs: Continue to Swiss-style shift play, with 12 decks per round and 2 more rounds. The teams that did not enter the top 8 in the first stage and the losing team in the quarter-finals will enter the play-offs with all the results of the first stage. The top 4 in the play-offs are ranked 5th to 8th in this competition.
(The women's team competition may adopt a round-robin match in the first stage and a knockout match in the second stage, depending on the registration situation.)
(4) Competition method of mixed team competition: 5 rounds of Swiss shift competition will be held in the preliminaries, with 8 decks of cards in each round, after which the top 4 teams will go to the 24-deck semi-finals and the 28-deck finals. The 5th to 8th place in the Swiss Shift is the 5th to 8th place in this competition. (Note that there is a conflict between the mixed team final and the mixed double final. Players who enter the mixed double final cannot participate in the mixed team final. Each team can consider it when registering and arranging players in the mixed team final.)
(5) Doubles competition method:
The Open Doubles, Women's Doubles and Mixed Doubles have one preliminary and one final respectively. The preliminaries are based on the Mitchell grouping system. It is expected to play 18-22 decks of cards, and the results will be calculated according to the unified scoring method of the whole game. The final will be played in a 12-table Mitchell system with 22 decks of cards.
(6) The competition will be drawn by the competition team of the conference and the chief referee.
(7) The competition strictly implements the regulations on disciplinary violations in Chinese college sports competitions.
(8) Each pair of players needs to bring 3 copies of the contract card, 1 copy will be submitted to the competition team of the conference for review at the time of registration, and the other 2 copies will be brought to the table during the competition.
(9) Natural and precise systems can be used in competitions, and other unconventional systems are prohibited. Brown is not allowed

8. Rewards: The top 8 of each competition will be rewarded and awarded a certificate.
9. Funds: The competition funds are implemented in accordance with the relevant national regulations on current sports competitions. Each school needs to pay a group membership fee of 500 yuan, a registration fee of 50 yuan per person, and a room and board fee of 100 yuan/person/day. Each team is responsible for their own round-trip travel expenses.
10. Rules for the selection of referees and arbitration committees shall be formulated separately. Matters not notice.
