(4) U10 Open, Women's Team (2011.1.1-2015.12.31)

9. Participation method:

(1) Athletes shall participate in the competition with a valid "Shanghai Youth Athlete Participation Certificate".

(2) Two pairs of contestants are limited to participating in the double competition of each group in each district, and each pair can apply for 1 team leader, 1 coach, and 2 athletes.

(3) Once an athlete has registered, it cannot be changed. Athletes may not compete across categories.

(4) Provisions on Waiver

If an athlete (team) is unable to participate due to injury or illness after registration, a hospital sick leave certificate of Grade 2 A and above should be issued before the competition (if the athlete (team) cannot participate due to certain circumstances, a written statement shall be issued), which shall be stamped by the participating unit and the person in charge shall Confirmation by signature; if you are unable to participate due to participating in national competitions, training camps, etc., certificates (stamps) from national competition representative units and project centers should be issued before the competition, and the leaders in charge should sign and confirm. Failure to do so will be considered an unreasonable waiver. (The proof materials must be submitted to the Shanghai Chess and Cards Sports Management Center within three days after the competition.) In the series competition, for each case of unreasonable abstention, 2 points will be deducted from the total score of the delegation in the final area of the project (according to the elites of the year). (5) Relevant requirements for the prevention and control of the epidemic in the event

1. In addition to submitting the regular registration information when registering, all competition personnel (team leaders, coaches, athletes, referees, competition organizers) must submit the "Shanghai Youth Sports Competition Participation Epidemic Prevention Commitment" online (athletes can be filled out by their parents on their behalf. , if not submitted, you will not be able to register for the competition).

2. This competition strictly implements the relevant provisions of the Municipal Sports Bureau's "Notice on Printing and Distributing the Guidelines for the Holding of Sports Events During the Period of Normalized Epidemic Prevention and Control in this City". Those who meet the requirements are not allowed to enter. If an athlete has fever, frequent coughing, vomiting and other suspected symptoms in the middle of the competition, the competition committee will persuade them to withdraw from the competition and deal with it as abstention; if other personnel have the above symptoms, the competition committee will persuade them to leave the field.

10. Competition method:

(1) The competition shall be implemented in accordance with the 2018 "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" and relevant regulations approved by the Chinese Bridge Association.

(2) For a group with less than 2 units and 4 pairs of registered teams, the competition of that group will be cancelled.

(3) Each pair of players must fill in the bidding contract card in Chinese, and carry the bidding card. Those who do not have the agreed card and the bidding card are not allowed to participate in the competition.

(4) Athletes registered in other provinces and cities are not allowed to participate in this competition.

(5) For matters not mentioned above, the supplementary rules of the competition shall prevail.

11. Admission Ranking and Rewards

(1) Calculate the group medal and the group total score by each district.

(2) The top eight teams in each group will be selected for the double competition. The top three will be awarded 0.5 gold, 0.5 silver and 0.5 bronze medals. The top eight will be awarded 5.5, 4.5, 4, 3.5 and 3 points. Points, 2.5 points, 2 points, 1.5 points.

(3) For the selection of the fastest progress award, the specific methods are as follows:

According to the group medals and total scores of the delegations from each district in this competition, the selection will be made relative to the number of improved places in the 2020 Elite Series Bridge Finals. 12. Registration method

All districts will register uniformly and must register through the Shanghai Youth Sports Events Network (http://www.aijingsai.cn/) from June 24th to July 2nd (the contact person and contact information must be filled in).
