The 21st National "Bai Ling Cup" Bridge Invitational Regulations

First, time, place:


Held in Huangyan District, Taizhou City from September 17 to 20, 2007.


Second, the invited unit:


All provinces, municipalities directly under the Central Government, autonomous regions, relevant industry associations and Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region, Taiwan.


Third, the participation method:


(1) All provincial and municipal bridge associations can participate in the team. Each team can report to the team leader or coach and six players. Matches must match the age of more than one hundred years. The minimum age for each contestant must not be less than fifty.


(2) The participating units must be members of the China Bridge Association, and the members must carry the China Bridge Association Individual Membership Card (with the exception of Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau players).


Fourth, the competition method:


(1) Conducting a four-person team competition in the open group. The competition is divided into two phases: the first phase uses a group round robin, and the second phase uses a single cycle or cross elimination tournament (depending on how many teams decide). Teams that have not entered the finals can participate in the Swiss competition. The competition is calculated according to the 25:0VP standard published by the World Bridge.


(2) Executing the 1999 edition of the "China Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association.


(3) It is forbidden to use a very weak bidding system. The bidding system and the signal to be used must be filled in on the agreement card. The agreement card must be filled in two copies to the venue for backup.


5. Admissions and awards:


(1) The top six students were admitted, and the top three individuals were awarded individual trophies for the champion, first runner-up and second runner-up.


(2) The members of the top three teams (must according to the playing rate) will be awarded the master points of the China Bridge Association.


(3) The top four students in the Swiss system are given rewards.


(4) All participants are given souvenirs.


Registration, registration:


(1) Participants must send the list to the Zhejiang Bridge Association (Zheyun Hotel, No. 33 Hangda Road, Hangzhou, China, contact: Shao Likui, Tel 0571-87993381, Zip Code 310007) and Taizhou Bridge Association before August 15th. (2) Each team should report to Huangyan District, Taizhou City on September 16 (the specific address will be announced separately and announced in the subnet of China Bridge Network Zhejiang Bridge Association and the Zhejiang Sports Bureau Network).


Seven, entry fee:


Registration fee: 500 yuan per team in the open group and 200 yuan per team in the Swiss system.


The room and board fee is 150 yuan per person per day, and the shortfall is subsidized by the General Assembly.
