1. Each county and city is a bridge association, reported to Haiyan County Bridge Association He Bogen (13867363998) and Yang Yongming (13706835489).

Competition method: 1, 42 pairs of players are divided into three groups, each group of 7 tables for three rounds of preliminaries, each deck of 14 decks, north and south does not move, things into the A, B, C three groups in order to compete, according to IMP calculation total score .
