    First, the time and place of the competition


       From July 11th to July 14th, 2019, it was held at Jiangyou International Hotel in Mianyang City.

    Fourth, the participating units


       (1) Class A:


    1. Group A: Ziyang Dayan, Western VIP, Dacheng Sports, Xichang Mining Inspection, Chengdu Jincheng, Chengdu Ziyun Pavilion, Coffee Pier, Guangyuan Jianmen Road.


    2. Group B: Pude Real Estate (Sichuan), Ren Chi, Chuan Shang Lawyer, Chengdu Aobo, Mingxin Group, Panzhihua Bridge Friends, Huasen Sugar, Chengdu Babao.


  (2) Group B: Other bridge clubs that meet the conditions for entry.


    V. Qualifications and methods


    (1) Registered at the China Bridge Association as a bridge club in Sichuan, and registered as a member of the Sichuan Bridge Association in the Sichuan Bridge Association.


    (2) Club members registered with the Sichuan Bridge Association.


    (3) Each club is limited to one team.


    (4) The participating athletes must be individual members of the China Bridge Association.


    (5) Each team can report 4 to 6 athletes and 1 team leader (coach).


    (6) The participating teams shall pay for their own expenses.


    Sixth, the competition method


    (1) Competition methods


       1. Class A: It is carried out in three stages.


    The first stage: group single round robin


    Sub-groups A and B (each group/team number is determined according to the fourth article of this regulation) each carries out 7 rounds of single round robin, each deck of 10 decks, ranked by VP points. The first 1-4th of each group entered the second stage A group, and the 5th-8th of each group entered the second stage B group.


    Second stage: group cross


    Group A: The first stage of each group has VP points in the first stage and 1-4 points in the first stage, and the first group in the first stage is played in the first 1-4 places. Each deck has 10 decks, and this stage is ranked according to the cumulative VP. 1st to 8th.


    Group B: The 5th to 8th teams in the first stage will have the first stage VP points, and the 5th to the other in the first stage. Each round will have 10 decks. 9th to 16th, the 9th and 10th relegation, the 15th and 16th relegation.


    Thereafter, the first to fourth players entered the knockout 1-1, the fifth to eighth entered the knockout 1-2, the 11th and 12th entered the knockout 1-, 3, and the 13th and 14th entered the knockout 1-4.


    Second stage: Divisional knockout


    (1) Round 1 Elimination


    Elimination 1-1: The second stage of 1-4 players will play 30 decks of cards, divided into 3 sections. The first team has the right to choose opponents in the 3rd and 4th teams. The winning team entered the finals and the negative team entered 3 or 4 matches.


    Elimination 1-2: The second stage 5-8 players will play 30 decks of cards, divided into 3 sections. The 5th team has the right to choose opponents in the 7th and 8th teams. The winning team entered 5 or 6 matches and the team relegated.


    Elimination 1-3: The second stage, 11 and 12 players will play 30 decks of cards, divided into 3 sections. The winning team relegated and the losing team entered the second round of the knockout.


    Elimination 1-4: In the second stage, 13 and 14 players will play 30 decks in three sessions. The winning team entered the second round of the knockout and the team was downgraded.


    (2) Round 2 Elimination


    Final: 30 decks of matches, divided into 3 sessions.


       3, 4 matches: 30 decks of competitions, divided into 3 sections.


    5, 6 matches: Conduct 20 decks of matches, divided into 2 sessions.


           Elimination: The negative team of the elimination 1-3 and the winning team of the elimination 1-4 will carry out 30 deck competitions, which will be divided into 3 sections. The winning team relegated and the team relegated.


       2. Grade B: It is carried out in two stages.


    The first stage: the score programming, a total of 11 rounds, 10 decks per round, ranked by VP points, the first and second upgrades, 3-6 entered the knockout 1-1 and 1-2 respectively.


    The second stage: the divisional knockout.


    (1) Round 1 Elimination


    Elimination 1-1: The first stage of 3, 4 for 30 decks of competition, divided into 3 sections. The winning team upgraded and the negative team entered the second round of the knockout.


    Elimination 1-2: The first stage of 5, 6 for 30 deck games, divided into 3 sections. The winning team entered the second round of the knockout.


    (2) Round 2 Elimination


    The negative team of the knockout 1-1 and the winning team of the knockout 1-2 will play 30 decks of cards, divided into 3 sections. Winning team upgrade.


    (2) Adopting the "China Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association in 2018.


    (3) Each pair of players in the A-level group shall prepare 3 copies of the System Card, one of which shall be submitted to the referee for record before the competition; each pair of the B-level team shall be provided with 2 copies of the System Card.


     Each athlete must carry the system card he or she uses when playing.


    Seven, rankings and rewards


    (1) The first six members of the Grade A Group will receive cash rewards.


    (2) The competitions of all levels are awarded to the Masters of China Bridge Association according to the "Technical Standards for Members of China Bridge Association".


    (3) The 13th-16th grade of the Grade A group is lowered into the Grade B group, and the 1-4th grade of the Grade B group is promoted to the Grade A group.


    Eight, registration and registration


    (1) Registration


     1. Each bridge club must register on China Bridge Network before July 1st. Before the registration deadline, each team can make changes online, remembering the PIN code.


     2. Event service fee: Class A 800 yuan / team, B group 600 yuan / team. The service fee for the event is collected by the organizer and used to subsidize the lack of funds for the event.


    3. List change: Within 5 days after the registration is completed, the list can be changed (including the team name, increase, decrease, change of team members, correction of registration errors, etc.). In the future, the change list application form must be filled in. The change fee is 100 yuan for each change.

   (2), report:


    1. On July 9th, the contestants will report to the competition area before 18:00 on July 10.


    2. Teams that do not report on time must contact the competition area to confirm the competition before 18:00 on the registration day. The unconfirmed team will be dismissed according to the abstention, and the cancellation will no longer arrange the competition.


3. Check-in location: Jiangyou International Hotel (the location of the stadium, No. 1 North Section of Huayuan Road, Jiangyou City).

    9. The members of the competition committee and the arbitration committee shall be selected by the Provincial Bridge Association.


    Ten, other


    (1) The leader team will not be held in this competition. Please read the Supplementary Provisions before the competition.


    (2) The right to interpret this regulation belongs to the Sichuan Bridge Association.
