"Shaanxi Electric Power Design Institute Cup" 2007 Shaanxi Province Bridge Association Championship Competition Regulations
First, time and place
From October 1st to 4th, 2007, the third floor of the conference center of Northwest Power Construction Group Corporation.
Second, the competition project
1. Open team competition: October 1st to 3rd.
2. Doubles: October 4.
3. Invitational: October 4th.
Third, the participating units
All grassroots units in the province can participate in the team. Unlimited areas, systems, free team. Each team is limited to 6 athletes, 1 team leader and 1 coach. The bridge associations in the Northwest Cooperation Zone can also register for the competition, and the number of teams is not limited.
Fourth, the competition method
1. This competition adopts the “China Bridge Competition Regulations” recently approved by the China Bridge Association.
2. The contestant and the referee will preside over the sorting.
3, the game uses the integral cycle system, 16 decks per game, a total of 10 rounds. Enter the top 6 to go to the finals. The game adopts the NS responsibility system, and the home and away games are handled by lottery and schedule procedures.
4. This game uses manual licensing. After the competitors are in position, they start to shampoo and do not allow several concurrent.
V. Penalties and arbitration
In this competition, the "Chinese Bridge Competition Regulations" and "The Judgment Law" approved by the China Bridge Association in 1991 were used. During the competition, the contestants may call the referee at any time and have the right to appeal to the judgment of the duty referee. Make a complaint. The appeal must be made in writing within 20 minutes after the end of the game, and the appeal fee of 50 yuan will be paid. The appeal is established and the fee is refunded.
Sixth, incentives and scoring methods
The top 6 teams will be awarded in the open team, and the corresponding masters will be given to the players who have won the rankings. Doubles reward the top 3 of each line, and remember the corresponding master points.
Seven, the cost
The registration fee for each team is 150 yuan. Travel expenses, subsidies, and accommodation are self-care during the competition.
Eight, leader meeting
A team leader meeting will be held at 3:00 pm on September 30th.
9. Awards
It will be held at 11:30 am on October 4, with specific arrangements for further notice.
Ten, other
During the competition, the Shaanxi Provincial Electric Power Design Institute will send promotional materials and display advertisements.
Unfinished matters are noted in the Supplementary Provisions and in the Order Book.
