Harbin Ice and Snow Club
Through the joint consultations of the senior members of the bridges in the three provinces, the bridges of the three provinces that have been interrupted for ten years have been resumed. Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang have been hosted in turn. They have been successfully held in Liaoning and Jilin for two sessions. This year will be hosted by Heilongjiang Province. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Second, the competition time: October 2nd - 4th, 2007
Third, the venue: Harbin Huirong Building
Fourth, the competition method:
(1) Adopting the latest "Bridge Competition Rules" of the China Bridge Association and the "Chinese Bridge Duplex Bridge Rules (Trial)". The game implements the VP point system.
(2) The referee shall preside over the lottery. Each pair of players must fill out the appointment card in triplicate, one for the competition and one for the other two.
(3) The competition system adopts a circular system (the provincial team does not meet). A total of 12 rounds were played, 16 in each round; the women's group was cycled separately.
(4) Each team in the open group has 6 teams, and the provincial team does not meet; the women's team is not limited to the number of teams.
V. Incentive methods:
The open group rewards the top four. First place: 4000 yuan, second place: 3,000 yuan, third place: 2000 yuan, fourth place: 1000 yuan
The total prize money of the women's team is 2,000 yuan, depending on the number of participating teams.

(1) Teams should submit the list of participating players to the Harbin Ice and Snow Bridge Club by phone or email before September 15, 2007.

(2) Registration fee: open group 500 yuan / team, women group 300 yuan / team
(3) Registration time: On October 1, 2007, the leader meeting was held at 8:00 on the evening of the registration in the meeting room of Huirong Building.
