First, time and place
It will be held at the Anzhou Gymnasium from June 15th to June 16th, 2019.
Second, the organizer
1. Organizer: Anzhou District Federation of Trade Unions Anzhou District Education and Sports Bureau
2. Organizer: Anzhou District Bridge Association Anzhou District Amateur Sports School
Third, the competition project
Open team competition
Fourth, the participating units
All townships (parks), departments, and enterprises (affiliates) in Anzhou District can participate in the competition.
V. Competition method
1. Competition method: Adopt a single round-robin system, 12 rounds per round, ranked by VP cumulative points.
2. The competition adopts the 2018 China Bridge Competition Rules approved by the China Bridge Association. Adopt WBF20VP system.
3. Athletes must bring their own agreement card when they play.
Sixth, incentives
The top 8 students will be rewarded.
First place: 2400 Second place: 1800 Third place: 1200 Fourth place: 1080
Fifth place: 960 sixth place: 840 seventh place: 720 eighth place: 600
Seven, registration and registration
1. Registration
(1) The participating units shall submit the list of personnel before May 20, 2019. If it is overdue, it will be considered as a waiver.
(2) Each team can report 4 to 6 players, including the team leader and coach.
(3) There is no registration fee for this competition.

Eight, the competition organization
The competition committee and the arbitration committee will be assigned separately.
Nine, related requirements
1. The participation fee of each participating team shall be borne by the participating units in accordance with the regulations.
2. Each team will book the hotel and arrange for life.
3. The team must purchase personal accident insurance (including during the competition and on the way to and from the competition).
X. Other matters
1. The right to interpret this procedure belongs to the organizing committee of the competition.
2. Not to be notified otherwise.
