Notice on the 2019 National Youth Bridge Summer Camp

    According to the "Notice of the General Office of the General Administration of Sports on Doing a Good Job in the Implementation of the National Youth Sports Winter and Summer Camp in 2019", in order to implement the deployment of the Sports General Administration on the popularization of youth sports skills, further improve the service level of youth bridges and promote the classification of bridge products. The implementation of the technical standards of the hand is now notified of the relevant matters concerning the work of the National Youth Bridge Summer Camp in 2019 as follows:


First, the name


(1) General Camp: 2019 China Sports Lottery National Youth Bridge Summer Camp.


(2) Sub-department: 2019 National Youth Bridge Summer Camp xxx.


Second, the participants: bridge zero-based students, bridge beginners and bridge enthusiasts among young children.


Third, the event time: from June 20 to August 31 during the summer vacation, the specific time each battalion will determine.


Fourth, the event location


(1) Model general camp: to be notified after further confirmation.


(2) Sub-battalion: It is determined by each battalion.


V. Activity organization


(1) Sponsored by the China Bridge Association, and the members of each unit will undertake it. The bridge associations of the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities with separate plans are invited to supervise, direct and manage the sub-battalions in the region.


(2) Conditions and requirements for holding:


1. The organizer must be a member of the China Bridge Association and approved by the provincial bridge association.


2. There must be a venue suitable for hosting events, with qualified organizational workers and faculty.


3. The number of campers in each period is more than 40, and the time of each summer camp shall not be less than 5 days.


4. To ensure the safety of summer camp activities, applicants must develop an activity safety plan and insure local summer camp activities. All personnel involved in summer camp activities should be covered by personal accident insurance.


5. The general camp and all sub-department activities must be registered and established by the official designated platform of the National Youth and Winter Winter Camp of the State Sports General Administration (http://ydshaonian.com/) (completed by the China Bridge Association). Unregistered summer camps are not allowed to use the 2019 National Bridge Summer Camp for promotion and enrollment.


6. All participants in the summer camp must register, fill in and register for the “Winning Youth” platform (completed by the campers or administrators), and the unregistered campers will not be awarded the Summer Camp Certificate.


7. The “National Youth Winter and Summer Camp Visual Identity System” shall be uniformly used for promotion and promotion in each sub-department.


8. The applicant must submit the application materials to the China Bridge Association before July 20.


Sixth, summer camp activities


The bridge summer camps around the country should be organized around the following main activities:


(1) Bridge skill training activities


Host bridge training for bridge zero bases and beginners for young people.


(2) Organizing the grader's technical level test


Students who participate in the summer camp are trained in the bridge grade technical level.


(3) Organizing bridge exchange competitions


It can organize bridges for different levels of bridge students to win the bridge competition, mini bridge competition, classification player grading competition, parent-child bridge interactive competition, bridge etiquette rules knowledge contest.


(4) Sports stars and bridge celebrities interact


It can organize bridge stars, bridge celebrities, experts and young students to interact and conduct lectures and guides.


(5) Other sports and cultural activities


Sports culture activities such as Olympic cultural communication, bridge culture exhibition, Chinese traditional culture education, expansion of group building, parent-child bridge activities, etc. can be organized in actual areas.


VII. Funding situation


(1) The China Bridge Association will give certain special funds support to the model general camp.


(2) The cost of the summer camps in each locality shall be resolved by the organizer itself.


(3) All localities can obtain fund sponsorship through the name of investment promotion.


(4) All localities may charge corresponding fees according to the cost of holding.


Eight, support and reward


(1) All approved sub-operates will automatically receive the right to test one to three stars for the summer bridge graduates in 2019.


(2) All approved sub-battalions were awarded the “Winning Youth” platform design promotion and registration service.


(3) Issue the summer camp training certificate issued by the China Bridge Association for the completion of registration and training of qualified campers.


(4) All camper data for registration and completion of summer camp activities will be consolidated into the National Youth Summer Camp database.


(5) The corresponding technical grade certificates and badges shall be awarded to the young students who passed the examination in accordance with the “Management Measures for the Granting of Technical Levels of Graded Players of China Bridge Association (Trial)”.
