Xinxiang Locomotive Bridge Club
On October 1, 2019, it is the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China. In order to bless the birthday of the motherland, to feel the happiness of Xinxiang Bridge lovers participating in the bridge activities and to continue to strengthen the friendship between the friends, the Xinxiang Locomotive Bridge Club decided to hold the 70th anniversary of the birthday of the motherland. The Iron Palace Cup] Xinxiang Bridge Team Competition, the relevant matters are notified as follows:
First, the theme of the game
Love the motherland, love the family, love the bridge, love friendship, love dedication.
Second, the participants
Bridge lovers who love bridge, selfless dedication and good health.
Third, the date of the competition:
From June 15th to September 21st, 2019, each team must complete 2 games per week. The time of each round is determined by the home team and the visiting team. At 9:30 on September 22nd, the teams were concentrated in the last round of the Xinxiang Railway Cultural Palace.
Fourth, the participation method
(1) Bridge enthusiasts can form 1 team to participate. Each team can report to one team, athletes 4 to 6 (no gender), and the team leader can serve as an athlete.
(2) The team name must be named after a healthy and civilized idiom, and a group photo will be sent to the Xinxiang locomotive group for the order book production.
(3) The athletes' participation certificate shall be designed and produced by each participating team. The production of the entry certificate shall be combined with the 70th anniversary of the birthday of the motherland and convey the spiritual connotation contained in the [Tiegong Cup] Xinxiang Bridge Team Competition.
V. Competition method
(1) The competition uses the 2018 edition of the China Bridge Competition Rules.
(2) Adopting the home and away system. The equipment, equipment and stadiums of each event are provided by the home team (the team before the round is listed as the main team). There are 16 decks per game, and the score is 20:0 fractional VP of the World Bridge. The highest VP value at the end of all competitions is the trophy winner.
(3) If there are female athletes or older athletes over 60 years old, the team will be awarded 0.5 VP per person. Older athletes over 70 years old participate in the competition, and each team receives 1 VP per person.
(4) The end of each match of the team, the home team is responsible for sending the score sheet of the game to the Xinxiang locomotive group.
(5) Selecting the athlete's entry permit, setting one first prize, one second prize, one third prize, and one excellent prize, respectively giving the winning team 5VP, 3.5VP, 2.5V.P, 1.5VP reward. Teams that have not produced an athlete's entry permit will be awarded a 3VP penalty.
Sixth, registration method

Seven, the referee

Each team can choose the following referees or hire a referee to host the competition.
Jiang Jianbo (first grade, 18837329002), Liu Yinliang (secondary, 17630168841), Zhang Changhai (secondary, 16637395707), Yan Hengwei (secondary, 1355039973).
Eight, other
(1) No fees are charged, and the expenses of accommodation, transportation, and personal accident insurance for each team are self-care.
(2) There is no arbitration committee, the referee shall perform the arbitration procedure, accept the representation, and make a final decision after full consultation and listening to relevant opinions.
