Rules for the competition of the first intellectual games of Sichuan Province

       It will be held in Suining City from July 6th to July 11th, 2019.


    V. Competition project


     (1) City (state) group


      1. Open group; 2. Mixed group; 3. Youth open group; 4. Open double; 5. Mixed double; 6. Youth open double.


     (2) Industry associations (including provincial organs, provincial enterprises and institutions)


      1. Open group; 2. Open double.


     (3) Unit member group


      1. Open group; 2. Mixed group; 3. Open double; 4. Mixed double.


    Sixth, the participating units


      All municipal, provincial and provincial agencies, industry associations (including provincial enterprises and institutions), and unit members (bridge associations and clubs at all levels) can participate in the competition. The Sichuan migrant workers' group can form a team (pair) to participate in the competition of the industry association.


    VII. Eligibility


    (1) Qualifications of participating athletes


      1. The athletes of the city (state) group must hold their second-generation ID card (residence certificate, student ID certificate, work unit certificate in the jurisdiction) whose address is in the administrative jurisdiction of Sichuan Province. It can only represent the ID card (residence certificate, student status). Proof, work unit) The city (state) where the address is located participates in the competition.


      2. The athletes of the industry association must be the staff of the industry (the unit), and the unit will provide the certificate.


      3. The athletes of the unit member group must hold their second-generation ID card (residence permit) whose address is in the administrative jurisdiction of Sichuan Province. It can also provide the social guarantee for working in Sichuan for more than two years.


      4. Athletes participating in the Youth Competition must be athletes under the age of 28 (born after January 1, 1991). The student ID certificate is downloaded from the China Higher Education Student Information Network (Xuexin.com).


     (2) Each athlete can only participate in a competition of one group and must not participate repeatedly.


    Eight, participation in the method


    (1) Each city (state) may report one team to participate in a public group, one team to participate in a mixed group, one team to participate in a youth open group, two pairs to participate in a public double, two to participate in a mixed double, and two to participate in a youth open double. Athletes participating in the doubles are produced in various team competitions.


    (2) All industry associations (provincial organs, provincial-level enterprises and institutions) may report 1 team to participate in open groups, and 2 pairs to participate in open doubles. Athletes participating in the doubles are produced in various team competitions.


    (3) Members of each unit may report 1 team to participate in the open group, 1 team to participate in the mixed group, 2 pairs to participate in the open double, and 2 to participate in the mixed double. Athletes participating in the doubles are produced in various team competitions.


    (4) Each team can report to the team or coach for 1 team and 4-6 athletes. Among them, the mixed group can report 2-4 male athletes and 2-4 female athletes. The partner must be composed of one male athlete and one female athlete.


    (5) Each participating unit shall take care of the competition itself.


    Nine, the competition method


    (1) Team competition


      According to the registration situation, the competition method will be determined, and the competition will be 2 days in total. When the 8 (including) team is below, single or double cycle is used, 12 rounds per round; 8 (including) teams use the points to arrange the game, with a total of 7 rounds and 12 rounds each. According to the cumulative level of VP, the ranking is determined, and the highest is listed.

      Using the game system, using the group Mitchell system, a total of three games, the average percentage is determined, the highest ranked first.


    Ten, admission and awards


     (1) The top 8 awards are awarded for each project. The top three winners of each project will be awarded gold, silver, bronze and award certificates respectively, and those who have obtained other rankings will only be awarded a reward certificate.


     (2) The competitions of each group are awarded to the Masters of China Bridge Association according to the "Technical Standards for Members of China Bridge Association".


    Eleven, referee and arbitration


     (1) The referee, the chief arranger (information technology), the record leader, the deputy referee, and the license supervisor are selected by the Sichuan Bridge Association, and other personnel are responsible for the organizer.


     (2) The competition shall have an Arbitration Commission, and the members shall be selected by a single competition committee.


    Twelve, registration and registration


     (1) Registration


      1. All participating units are required to register online on the China Bridge Network Event before June 30, and the registration form will be reported to the Sichuan Bridge Association and the organizer in duplicate, and the overdue will be abstained.


      2. Each participating unit is responsible for the initial investigation of the athlete's qualifications and assumes corresponding responsibilities.
