Regulations for the National Bridge Open Competition of the "Hundred Lakes Cup" in Daqing in 2019


First, the time and place of the game


Held in Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province from August 15th to 18th, 2019.

Fourth, the entry method


(1) The athletes participating in the competition must be non-arrival individual members of the China Bridge Association.


(2) Adopting the method of public registration in the topic of China Bridge Network Events, the competition is limited to 70 teams participating in the competition, which is subject to the order of registration and payment.


(3) Each team can report to the team, 1 coach, and 4-6 athletes.


(4) Each team participates in the competition and is responsible for its own expenses.


V. Competition method


The game is divided into two stages


Phase 1: Qualifying


A total of 9 rounds of qualifying competitions were held, with 10 decks per round, and the ranks of the teams were ranked by cumulative VP points. The top 16 entered the knockout round, and the team that did not enter the knockout stage entered the second stage of the additional points choreography.


Second stage: divided into two parts


Elimination


The 1st to 16th teams in the first stage qualifying will automatically enter the upper and lower half.


1/8 finals: 24 cards in the competition, divided into 2 sections. The winning team entered the quarter-finals and the team entered the additional points choreography.


Quarterfinal: 24 cards in the competition, divided into 2 sessions. The winning team entered the semi-finals and the negative team entered the additional points choreography.


Semi-final: 24 decks of the game, divided into 2 sections. The winning team entered the finals and the team entered three or four play-offs.


The finals and the three or four additional tournaments were all played with 36 decks in three sessions.


2. Additional points programming


The 17th and subsequent teams in the first stage qualifying will enter the additional points orchestration, and the additional points will be arranged in several groups according to the qualifying results of the first stage of the team. In the additional points, the cumulative VP plus qualifying team 25% of each team's VP is scheduled for each group's final ranking.


Sixth, incentives


(1) Total prize of RMB 200,000 (before tax)


1. Guanjun: 35,000 yuan, runner-up: 20,000 yuan


Ji Jun: 15,000 yuan Fourth place: 10,000 yuan


The bonuses for each group are determined based on the grouping.


2. The winners will be awarded. The first stage qualifying and the second stage additional points will be awarded the winning prize. The winning team will receive 100 yuan per game and equalize 50 yuan per team.


3. Special prizes: The 1st and 8th final teams will receive 500 yuan for each team; the quarter-finals will be awarded 800 yuan for each team.


4. Set up a lucky prize of 9 (team), which is drawn from the team that has never won a prize at the award ceremony, 1,000 yuan / team.


(2) The members of the China Bridge Association who have obtained the rankings shall be awarded the Masters of the China Bridge Association according to the "Technical Standards for Members of the China Bridge Association".


(3) The top four teams are guaranteed to have at least 4 athletes in each team to participate in the awarding ceremony. One less person will be deducted from half of the bonus, and two or fewer will be deducted from the bonus. The list of participating athletes announced by China Bridge Network shall prevail.

3. Self-driving: Harbin high-speed exit to the stadium is 18 km.
