    First, the game time:


June 2019 - November 2019. Hosted the 14th Bridge League in Hangzhou. After the end of the race, the finals will be held.


(1) Sub-station: It is divided into six stations.


First stop: July 27-28, 2019 Gongshu Station


Second stop: August 17-18, 2019 West Lake Station


Third stop: September 14-15, 2019 Yuhang Station


Fourth stop: October 12-13, 2019 Binjiang Station


Fifth stop: October 26-27, 2019 Jianggan Station


Sixth Station: November 9-10, 2019, Shangcheng Station


(II) Finals: From November 23 to 24, 2019, it will be hosted by Xiacheng District and Fuyang District. The location is to be determined.


Second, the organizer and organizer:


Organizers: Hangzhou Sports Bureau, Hangzhou Sports Association.


      Organizer: Hangzhou Bridge Association, relevant district, county (city) sports bureau, sports association, bridge association.


Third, the competition project:


The 14th Bridge League has six races and finals, and the finals have a friendship match. Both the race and the finals are open team competitions.


Fourth, the participating units:


 The city is affiliated to the district, city, county and Hangzhou Bridge Association members and bridge enthusiasts. (Apply according to the venue conditions, until the time is full).


V. Entry methods:


For each sub-station and finals, each team can report 1 team and 1 coach, 4-6 athletes, and at least 4 members of the Hangzhou Bridge Association must be guaranteed. At the same time, the juvenile group competition will be set up.


Sixth, the competition method:


The competition was conducted in two parts, the race and the finals.


(1) Substation competition


1. The first stage: qualifying


The points are arranged for a total of 6 rounds, 12 decks per round, and the ranks of each team are ranked by cumulative VP. Take the top 8 into the second stage of the All-Winning Points Game. The first round of each station is arranged in the order of 1-2, 3-4, 5-6... in the previous station (the first round of the first station is in accordance with the 2018 finals). The second round and the subsequent rounds are arranged according to the principle of high scores for high scores.


2. The second stage: divided into two parts of the total victory arrangement and additional points arrangement


(1) Victory Points Programming


The top 8 teams in the qualifying round were given three rounds of winning points, and the number of cards was 16 in each round. The first round is arranged in accordance with the ranking of the qualifying U-shape. The next two rounds will be based on the winning team and the winning team, the negative team and the negative team and the high scores on the principle of high scores. The winning team is the first place, and the remaining teams are ranked by VP, which are 2-8 of the station.


(2) Additional points scheduling


The 9th and subsequent teams in qualifying entered the additional points choreography and conducted 6 rounds of matches with 8 cards per round. The first round was arranged in the order of qualifying 9-10, 11-12, 13-14..., and the subsequent rounds were arranged according to the principle of high scores. The top four are 9-12 of the race.


3. The first place in the race has 13 ranks, the second has 11 ranks, the third has 10 ranks, and so on to the twelfth, thirteenth and later teams. Each has 0.5 rows.


(2) Finals


1. In the 8 districts of the sub-station and finals, and the other 4 teams in the six-station sub-station cumulative ranking, a total of 12 teams entered the finals. The remaining teams participated in the networking tournament.


2. The 12 teams participating in the finals adopted a single round robin and determined the 1-12 rankings with the accumulated VP of the 11 rounds.


3. The cumulative ranking of the six-station sub-station is 13 points for the first place, 11 points for the second place, 10 points for the third place, and so on. All the six teams in the six-station race were added to the top eight teams plus one more points. The first place in the finals scored 13 points, the second place scored 11 points, the third place scored 10 points, and so on. The 120% of the qualifying points and the finals of the finals will determine the finals.


4. The competition method will be decided separately depending on the registration status.


Seven, the game program


(1) Execute the "China Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association in 2018.


(2) Players participating in the competition must bring 2 copies of the agreement card to the table.


(3) It is forbidden to use the yellow bidding system and the brown contract. The psychological protection of the system is called brown agreement.


(4) Each pair of partners can only use psychological calls in a deck of cards at most. The appointed person is forbidden to use for psychological calling.


(5) When the points are divided into the finals and the finals, they shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of Article 44 of the Rules for Competition of Chinese Bridges. If there is a split in the sub-station and the finals, the number of points in the sub-station will be ranked higher.


(6) The game uses computer prefabricated competition cards and uses electronic information collection equipment to score points.


Eight, admission rankings and incentives:


Sub-station: Take the top 12 rewards. The first place in the race was won the Champions Mobile Cup.


First place: 3000 yuan; second place 2500 yuan; third place 2000 yuan; fourth place 1500 yuan; fifth place 1200 yuan; sixth place 1000 yuan; seventh place 800 yuan; eighth place 700 yuan; Nine 600 yuan; tenth 500 yuan; eleventh 400 yuan; the twelfth place 400 yuan.


Junior group: the first place is 400 yuan; the second place is 300 yuan; the third place is 200 yuan; the fourth is 200 yuan.


Finals: 12 in the league and 6 in the first place in the league. The open team championship won the current League Cup.


Sign up:


1. Each unit must send the registration form to the Hangzhou Bridge Association and the competition area 10 days before the start of each station.


2. Registration fee: 500 yuan / team station. The friendship of the team is 300 yuan / the team's participation fee is self-care.


Nine, competition discipline:


(1) Discipline and etiquette implement the provisions of Chapter VI of the Rules for Chinese Bridge Competition.


(2) The team of the top six teams participating in the award ceremony shall not be less than 4 persons, one lesser shall be deducted from half of the prize, and two or more shall be deducted from the entire prize. The remaining team members who receive the rankings shall not be less than 2 members, otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.


X. Appeal:


The competition set up an arbitration committee to accept complaints from each team. All appeals must be submitted to the referee by the appeal team leader within 30 minutes after the end of the game, and within 2 hours of the end of the game (as the referee may require, the referee shall submit the written appeal materials and appeal fee 300). yuan.
