 The 2008 "Snow Cup" Invitational Tournament kicked off on New Year's Day in 2008. This time, the national famous referee Zhao Dongpo was invited to serve as the referee. Sincerely welcome all the bridge elites to go to Harbin to discuss friends and see the beautiful scenery of the ice city.
   I. Organizer: Harbin Ice and Snow Bridge Club
   Second, the competition time: January 1 - 4, 2008
   Third, the venue: No. 38, Lishui Road, Harbin Development Zone
  Fourth, the competition method:
  (1) Adopting the latest "Bridge Competition Rules" of the China Bridge Association and the "Chinese Bridge Duplex Bridge Signing Judgment Law (Trial)". VP points system
  (2) The referee shall preside over the lottery. Each pair of players must fill in the appointment card in triplicate, one for the competition and one for the other two.
  (3) The Swiss system adopts the Swiss shift plus elimination system, and the Swiss shift adopts the 25:0VP integral system. The two-stage Swiss shift has 11 rounds (20 pairs per round);
  1, the first stage a total of eight rounds, the top eight entered the knockout
  2, the second stage:
A, the ninth round: the top 8 teams will play 20 elimination rounds, the first place will be able to select opponents in 5-8, then the 2nd and 3rd will pick opponents in the remaining teams, and the 4th will directly match. The winning team ranked in the former with two teams one-hundredth of the net victory of the IMP, the winning team ranked in the latter with two teams to win one-third of the IMP. The band scored only in the two teams' wins and losses. The eliminated team took 20 VP plus the first 8 rounds of points to the second stage of the shift race. The first stage of the 9th team will carry out the Swiss shift as usual.
B, the tenth round: the four winning teams in the first elimination round will continue to fight. According to the first eight rounds, the first team can select opponents in the 3 and 4 teams. The winning team will enter the championship and finals. With 20VP to shift system for programming.
   C, the eleventh round: the first runner-up final, the remaining teams accumulate points according to the eleventh shift, the first place in the score won the third place in the competition, and the second place won the fourth place in the competition.
V. Incentive methods:
Reward the top four. First place: 10,000 yuan, second place: 5,000 yuan Third place: 3,000 yuan, fourth place: 2000 yuan
Note: The Ice and Snow Club will be a member of the China Bridge Association to apply for the China Bridge Association Masters in accordance with relevant regulations.
