The third race of the 14th Bridge League in Hangzhou will be hosted by Yuhang District. The relevant matters of the competition are hereby notified as follows:
First, the game time: September 14-15, 2019
2. Venue: Linping Hotel (No. 81, Linping West Street, Yuhang District)
Third, registration:
1. Xihu District, Gongshu District, Yinjiang Science and Technology, Xiacheng District, Shangcheng District, Fuyang District, Binjiang District, Yuhang District, Jianggan District and Xiaoshan District.
2. Hangzhou Bridge lovers can freely form teams to participate.
3. All participating athletes must be individual members of the Hangzhou Bridge Association, and each team must have at least 4 group player players.
3. The participating units must report to the Hangzhou Bridge Association before September 10th. At the same time, the Hangzhou Bridge Association in the online organization of China Bridge Online registered online. Each team should take care of themselves. If you need accommodation, please contact in advance.

4, registration fee: United 500 yuan / team, Hangzhou City enthusiasts 300 yuan / team, please hand in the competition area. The youth team (student) is exempt from registration fees. Please hand in the competition area at the time of registration.
Fourth, the game program:
1. Each pair of players must bring a paper system card 2 to the table when they participate in the competition, for the opponent to check. The system card stored in the form of an electronic document is considered not to be carried, and its contents are for reference only.
2. The game uses the screen. All the appointments are called on both sides of the screen. The inquiry and explanation are written in writing. If the writing method is not used, the loss caused by the deviation or misunderstanding of the unrecognized responsibility due to the communication problem during the inquiry and interpretation process will not be protected.
3. A player can only represent one team in a race.
5. Time for the competition:
(1) Time limit for playing: All players must enter the venue 5 minutes before the start of the competition to prepare for the competition. Late for the implementation of rule 21.
(2) Competition time limit: 8 decks 1 hour
12 decks 1.5 hours
16 decks 2 hours
(3) When the time limit for the match is reached, all the cards that have not been called are cancelled. The time limit for the cards that have already made the bid is 5 minutes, and the time limit is imposed according to the relevant rules. After the timeout period is reached, the game is stopped, and the unfinished card is awarded to the adjustment score.
Six, with points:
In the second stage of the competition, the winning points are arranged without points; the additional points are scheduled to play with 20% of the qualifying VP.
7. Discipline and etiquette:
(1) The player must turn off the mobile communication tool when entering the arena. In the event of a violation of the rules, the opponent should immediately call the referee.
(2) Smoking is prohibited at and around the competition venue.
(3) It is forbidden to discuss with others the cards that have been played and loudly in the competition venue during the competition.
Eight, reported:
Each team 9 will report to the competition area before 9:30 am on August 14. The youth group reported to the competition area before 8:30 am on September 15.
