First, the time and place of the competition:
May 7th - 11th, 2008 was held in Xiaodao Hotel (Samsung), Xining City, Qinghai Province. (Address: No. 35, Wusi West Road, Xining City, Qinghai Province, opposite Qinghai Normal University).
Second, the organizer:
Qinghai Provincial Sports Bureau, Qinghai Qinghua Mining and Metallurgical Group Co., Ltd., Qinghai Province Bridge Sports Association.
Third, the competition project:
Open team competition, women's team competition, open doubles, women's doubles, celebrity doubles.
Fourth, the participating units:
1. The five provinces and provinces in the northwest and the provincial capital cities can report to each team of men and women. Each team can report to the team and coaches, and the team members are 4-6.
2. All units transfer athletes must register with Hu Fang Secretary General (Mobile Phone 13319255583) in the Bridge Cooperation Zone of the Five Northwest Provinces before March 31. Unregistered athletes are not allowed to participate, otherwise the team's results will be cancelled.
3. V. Competition method:
1. The open team competition is divided into two stages: the preliminaries and the finals. The preliminaries use a large cycle, with 16 decks per game. The cumulative VP determines the preliminaries; the top four in the preliminaries enter the finals. The finals were eliminated, with 24 decks per round, divided into the first half.
2. The women's team competition uses a double round robin, and the number of deputy cards is determined according to the number of teams, and the ranking is determined by the cumulative VP.
3. The open doubles competition adopts the Mitchell system, and the top six players from the north and the south and the east and west have entered the finals. Each team in the open team's final team allows two pairs of players to automatically enter the doubles final. The host can send more than two pairs of leaders to the finals. The finals were Mitchell's double championship.
