I. Hosting and hosting: This competition was hosted by the Sichuan Bridge Association and hosted by the Meishan Bridge Association.

Fourth, the participating units and methods:


1. This competition is completely open. All members of the Sichuan Provincial Bridge Association may have one team exempt from the registration fee; other participating units shall pay the registration fee of RMB 500/team.


2, each team can report 4 to 6 athletes, 1 team leader (coach), each pair must have 2 copies of the "contract card".


3. Open Class A Group: Chengdu Hongsheng, Saipson Nanotechnology, Panzhihua Water, Qingshen County, Leshan Liangyou, Zigong City, Hongyuan Dairy, Zigong Gongjing Rongguang, Mianyang High-tech Second Team, Yibin Yili II team.


Group B: Fushun County, Yibin Yili, Leshan 207, Neijiang City, Nanchong Hongrui, Meishan City, Mianyang High-tech, Happy Bridge, Deyang City Bridge Center, Aba Zhonghai Gas.

V. Competition methods:


Open Group A: It is carried out in two stages. In the first stage, each of the Group A and Group B will perform 9 rounds of single round robin, with 16 decks per round and 4 rounds per day. The 10th place in the group stage was eliminated and dropped to the second level (19th and 20th in this competition), and the 5th place was automatically relegated (the 9th and 10th in this competition).


The second stage: the first, second, third, and third names of the A and B groups are selected in the second, third, and fourth places of the B and A groups to oppose the opponent. (The selection order of the A and B groups is the A and B groups. An average VP decides that the highest is preferred) and enters the 1-1 knockout. The 4 wins of the 1-1 knockout team entered the 1-2 knockout (semi-final), and the 1-2 knockouts were conducted in a pre-scheduled manner. The winning team entered the finals and the losing team entered the 3 or 4 play-offs. 1-1 Elimination 4 The negative team entered the 1-3 knockout, and the 1-3 knockout was conducted in a pre-scheduled manner. The 1-3 two-win team won the 5th and 6th, and the two teams won the 7th and 8th places. The rankings were determined according to the pre-match average VP, and the top ranked first. 1-1 Elimination, 1-2 Elimination, 1-2 Elimination Tournament 24, divided into 2 sessions; finals and 3 or 4 additional tournaments 36, divided into 3 sections.


The 6th, 7th, and 8th and 9th teams in Groups A and B were cross-matched (A6-B7, B6-A7; A8-B9, B8-A9). The 6-group two-win team relegation (for this competition 11, 12), 8 and 9 teams, two teams relegated (the 17th and 18th for this competition); 6 and 7 teams, two teams and 8 and 9 teams, the two teams won the pre-scheduled way. Conduct a relegation knockout, win the team relegation (the 13th and 14th for this competition), and the team relegated (the 15th and 16th for this competition).


The 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, and 20th sequences are all ranked according to the first-stage average VP.


6, 7 teams, 8 and 9 cross-matches and relegation matches were played in 24 pairs, divided into 2 sessions.


Open Group B: In two stages, the first stage, using the Swiss shift system, the first round of lottery, a total of 13 rounds, 12 rounds per round, 5 rounds a day, the first and second team upgrade. The 3rd-10th entered the second stage of the upgrade, and the remaining teams no longer participated in the second stage.


In the second stage, the 3rd (7th) team has the right to choose against the opponents in the 5th, 6th (9th, 10th) teams and enter the 2-1, (2-2) knockouts. 2-1 knockout two wins team upgrade (the third and fourth place of this competition group B), two teams and the 2-1 knockout team win another 2-3 knockout, two wins team upgrade (this time The fifth and sixth place of the competition group B). The upgrade order of the B-class team is ranked 1st and 2nd; the 2-1 second win team; the 2-3 second win team sequence is discharged according to the preliminary results. The 1-6th elimination tournament was played in 24 matches and was divided into 2 sessions.


The game uses the "Bridge Competition Rules" to calculate VP by 25:0.


Sixth, rankings and rewards


1. Open the top 6 of the Class A and give cash rewards;


2. Record the masters of the Sichuan Bridge Association;


3. The 15th to 20th of the open group A will be reduced to the second group, and the first to sixth of the open group B will be promoted to the second group.


VII. 8. All participating units shall pay for their own participation.


9. The referee and the record leader of the competition shall be selected by the Provincial Bridge Association. Other referees and staff members were selected by the Meishan Bridge Association.


10. The competition shall be set up by the Arbitration Commission, and the members of the Zhongzheng Committee shall be selected by the Provincial Bridge Association.
