The Beijing Bridge Association and Beijing Huayuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. jointly held this competition.


    First, the organization:

    Second, the game method:


     1. There is no seed team in this competition. The preliminaries are limited to 50 teams, and each team is limited to 4-6 players.


2. This competition is a double team competition. The preliminaries and rematches are divided into groups. The preliminaries are divided into 5 groups, each with 10 teams. The top 4 teams in each group enter the rematch; the rematch is divided into 2 groups, each group has 10 teams, and each group takes the top 3 to enter the finals; the final 6 teams use the single round robin system.


 


    Third, the time and place of the competition:


Preliminaries: April 4th (Five) Afternoon Group A


April 5 (six) morning B group, afternoon C group


April 6 (day) morning D group, afternoon E group


Rematch: April 12 (six) morning re-group A, afternoon re-group B


      (4 rounds in the preliminaries and rematches, 8 decks per round)


Final: April 13 (a total of 5 rounds, 12 decks per round)


Venue: Shichahai Sports School Bridge Activity Room (120th Floor, Sports School Level)

V. Fees:


Each team in the preliminaries, semi-finals and finals will be charged 100 yuan each.


   


 


Sixth, incentives:


     1. The top three teams will each receive the "Huayuan Real Estate Cup", and the top six teams will receive 10,000 yuan to 2,000 yuan.


2. This competition declares the masters of the China Bridge Association according to the relevant regulations of the China Bridge Association.


 


    Seven, note:


     1. All participants must establish a good brand style. Once they find that there are any bad behaviors such as cheating, they will be given warnings and disqualification.


     2. The competition adopted the double-decker bridge rules promulgated by the China Bridge Association in 1999 and the double-decker bridge referee law promulgated by the China Bridge Association in 2006.


     3. Each team member's registration is valid once, and may not be changed or increased after the start of the game. If there are special reasons, it must be approved by the organizing committee before it can be changed.


     4. Each person can only participate in one team. If they find that they are in the two teams, they will cancel the qualification of the team and judge the team to participate in the second team.


     5. The game is 10 to 20 minutes late and deducted 10% of the team's IMP. It is 20 to 30 minutes late and 20% of the team's IMP is deducted, and the corresponding deputy number is deducted. Each deck is reduced by 3IMP. For non-late teams, be late for more than 30 minutes.


     6. How to deal with the same points when the game ends:


    (1) If the two teams meet, the winners (including the IMP equal, the basic points are more) are in the first place;


    (2) If the two teams have not met or met each other, the winners will be in the first place and the balance will be counted;


(3) Compare the total number of opponents VP that two or more teams have met, and many of them are in front. In the same way, add two decks.


 7. Team members must fill in the Chinese agreement card. Each pair of players must carry the agreed card in two copies to participate in the competition, otherwise it will be treated unfavorably until the game is not allowed.


     8. Each pair of players in this competition can only use the psychological call once per game, but it is not allowed to use strong open called psychological call (such as accurate 1C, Aike 2C, etc.).


9. This game prohibits the use of brown conventions (such as multi-purpose 2D and brown conventions with uncertain points and cards) and highly-used systems (such as first-order opening to indicate a specific color or length or short).


10. The appointed bids of the contestants in the game need to be reminded (for example, the new suit is not forced to call, the new suit is not forced to call, etc.). In the absence of the curtain, the following bids may not be reminded:


(1) all double


(2) indicates a uniform or semi-average type, or it is recommended that no match will be made.


(3) Any bid of 4th or 4th order, unless it is an agreed bid in the first round of bidding


11. All players must pay attention to the order, orientation and cards of the cards. Northern Guan, Nanji, and East and West. A card issue error occurs, such as the responsibility of the responsible party at the previous table before the card is checked, such as the responsible party of the table after the card is checked. Inserting the wrong card causes the card to be revoked and the responsible party 3IMP.


12. After each match, the winner will hand the score to the referee. Such as the draw by the home team to pay the table. The team that is out of date does not pay the table, the game is recorded as zero points.


    13. If there is any objection to the penalty, you can file a complaint with the Arbitration Commission. The time limit is to submit the written materials within 30 minutes after the game, otherwise it will not be accepted, and the Arbitration Commission will be the final ruling.


14. Smoking is forbidden in the stadium. Once found, it will be warned and deducted (1VP for each preliminaries and rematches, 2VP for each final), until the qualification is cancelled.


15. The participating team members shall not use any communication tools during the competition. Once they find that they have deducted the team's 3VP for the first time, they will cancel the qualification of the team for the second time and will be dismissed according to the abandonment.


16. The matters not covered by the Organizing Committee shall be decided by another decision.
