The fifth session of the 14th Hangzhou Bridge will be hosted by Jianggan District. Hereby inform the relevant matters of the competition:
First, the game time: October 26-27, 2019
2. Venue: Table Tennis Hall, 2nd Floor, Sports Center, Jianggan District, Hangzhou (12 Qianchao Road, Qianjiang New City)
Third, registration:
1. Xihu District, Gongshu District, Yinjiang Science and Technology District, Xiacheng District, Shangcheng District, Fuyang District, Binjiang District, Yuhang District, Jianggan District and Xiaoshan District.
2. Hangzhou Bridge lovers can freely participate in the team.
3. All participating athletes must be individual members of the Hangzhou Bridge Association and each team must have at least 4 team players.
3. Participating units must report the registration list to the following organizations before October 20th: Hangzhou Bridge Association, and online registration of Hangzhou Bridge Association in the online organization of China Bridge Online. Every team should take care of themselves. If you need accommodation, please contact in advance.

4, registration fee: unified 500 yuan / team, Hangzhou enthusiasts 300 yuan / team, please turn in the competition area. The youth team (student) is exempt from registration fees. Please hand in the competition area when you register.
Fourth, the game program:
1. When each pair of players participates in the competition, the paper system card 2 must be brought to the table for the opponent to check. System cards stored as electronic documents are considered not to be included and their contents are for reference only.
2. The game uses the screen. All appointments are called on both sides of the screen. Both enquiries and explanations are in writing. If you do not use the writing method, the loss caused by the deviation or misunderstanding of the unrecognized responsibility caused by the communication problem during the inquiry and interpretation process will not be protected.
3. A player can only participate in a competition on behalf of a team.
5. Competition time:
(1) Competition time limit: All athletes must enter the competition venue 5 minutes before the start of the competition to prepare for the competition. Delay execution of rule 21.
(2) Competition time limit: 8 decks for 1 hour
12 decks for 1.5 hours
16 decks for 2 hours
(3) When the time limit of the game is reached, all cards that have not been called will be cancelled. The time limit for the card that has been bid is 5 minutes, and the time limit is imposed according to the relevant rules. After the timeout period is reached, the game will stop and the unfinished card will receive an adjustment score.
Six, attached points:
In the second stage of the competition, the winning score is no score; the extra points plan is played with 20% of the qualified VP.
7. Discipline and etiquette:
(1) When entering the arena, the player must turn off the mobile communication tool. If the rules are violated, the opponent should call the referee immediately.
(2) Smoking is strictly prohibited in and around the competition venue.
(3) It is forbidden to discuss with others the cards that have been played loudly at the competition venue during the competition.
Eight, reports:
The team will report to the competition area by 9:30 am on October 26. The youth group will report to the competition area by 8:30 am on October 27.
