2008 "Hongxin Cup" Championship Competition Rules
First, time and place
From May 1st to 3rd, 2008, the Northwest Electric Power Construction Corporation Conference Center.
Second, the organizer
Shaanxi Bridge Association, Hongxin Company
Third, the competition project
Class A, Class B and additional doubles.
Fourth, participating units
Group A: 12 teams. If there is any inability to participate, the organizing committee will coordinate the processing.
Group B can be free to register.
V. Competition method
The opening ceremony at 8:30 am on May 1st, the official competition after the opening ceremony.
The first team has a single-cycle system and the last three have been downgraded.
The second team took the points circulation system and the top three were promoted.
Additional doubles and invitations will be held on May 3 at 1:30 pm.
6. Penalties and arbitration
The competition was handled by the China Bridge Competition Regulations and the Judgment Law approved by the China Bridge Association in 1991. If problems are found during the game, the teams have the right to appeal to the Arbitration Commission for the penalty of the duty referee. The appeal must be made in writing within 20 minutes after the end of the game, and the appeal fee of 100 yuan will be paid. The appeal will win and the fee will be refunded.
Seven, incentives and scoring methods
The public team-type team will reward the top 6 and give the player who won the ranking the corresponding master points. Doubles reward the top 3 of each line, and remember the corresponding master points.
Eight, the cost
The registration fee for each team is 200 yuan (half of the old team), travel expenses, subsidies, accommodation and self-care during the competition.
9. Awards
At 11:30 am on May 3, specific arrangements will be made.
Ten, other
Sponsorship materials and promotional advertisements will be sent during the competition.
Unfinished matters are noted in the Supplementary Provisions and in the Order Book.
