Regulations for Gansu Province Bridge A and B Championships


First, the time and place:


May 1-3, 2008 was held at the Provincial Bridge Activity Center.


Second, the qualifications:


1. All participating units must be members and club members of the Gansu Provincial Bridge Association.


2. First-class team: Lanzhou Tianhe Club, Lanzhou University of Technology, Gansu Provincial Electric Power Company, Jinchuan Group Co., Ltd. First and Second Teams, Gansu Provincial Agitation Club, Lanzhou Jiaotong University, Lanzhou Yineng Club, Gansu Kangshou Club, China National Nuclear Group The company's 504 factory, CNR Lanzhou locomotive factory, and silver nonferrous (group) company (sponsor unit); the remaining teams are B-class teams.


3. Participating athletes must meet the relevant regulations of the Provincial Bridge Association's member files and transfer methods.

Third, the competition method:


1. Execute the "China Bridge Competition Rules" (1999 edition) approved by the China Bridge Association and the 2006 China Bridge Association Duplex Bridge Judging Law (Trial).


2. The first-class competition is conducted in a single-cycle manner, with 16 decks in each round, ranking by cumulative VP; the second-team in the second-class competition is carried out in a single-cycle manner, and more than 12 in the Swiss-shifting system to accumulate VP ranks.


Fourth, the arrangement:


The serial number of the first-class team is ranked according to the ranking of the previous competition. The second team draws the lot number. The teams of the same unit met in the first round.


V. Competition procedures:


1. The same card should be played in the whole game. The gamer should distribute the game cards according to the requirements of the referee, and carefully copy the cards and play one pair.


2. The North is responsible for the management, taking and placing the game cards, and the East and West are responsible for checking. All players are responsible for ensuring that the table program is correct.


3. The player should draw the card from the correct card sleeve orientation. After confirming the card card position and the number of cards, the card and the card can be seen. In the game, the card sleeve is always placed in the center of the table. After the card is played, the card must be put back into the card sleeve correctly. After that, no player can look at the card.


4. The South House is responsible for accurately and completely filling out the two-point scorecards that need to be sent to the referee station. The Xijia is responsible for filling in the scorecards retained by the team and checking and signing with the Nanjia Division. Then the winning team (the VP is the same as the home team) is responsible for the first joint score table recorded by the opening and closing room south home, and sent to the referee station within 5 minutes after the deadline of each round of the specified game. If the score is not paid on time, the responsible party shall score according to the abstention, and the non-responsible party shall score according to the actual result of the match.


5. Secret agreement is strictly forbidden. All agreed-upon bidding (including the habitual tacit agreement between the partners) must promptly remind the other party in accordance with the prescribed method (except for the requirement that the reminder may not be made, or the other party asks not to make a reminder).


6. Any legally called bid card must not be changed once placed on the pusher, and the illegal bid must be changed immediately.


7. In the bidding, all inquiries and explanations must be made in writing.


8. Competition time limit: 16 decks 2 hours 05 minutes


The referee can stop playing cards according to the needs of the game, but the cards that have started the bidding stage must be finished. At this time, the timeout is deducted according to the corresponding standard. The unplayed card gives a procedural penalty to the offending party. Each deck is deducted by 0.5 VP, and the deduction is divided into the sum of the deduction points. If both parties are responsible, each deduction shall be 1/2 of the deduction.


9. The time limit for correcting the error is within 30 minutes after the official score is published.


10. It is forbidden to use psychological bidding. It is forbidden to use a very open bidding system such as a weak open call and a highly unconventional (brown convention called) an agreed bid.


11. It is forbidden to use mobile communication tools during the competition. For those who have not answered or not watched, the relevant team 2VP will be deducted; for those who have received or have already watched, they will be disqualified from the competition. Players who appear multiple times will be subject to further penalties until they are disqualified.

13. Respect the referee, obey the ruling, respect the opponent, respect the companion, and must not appear in the course of the game or unscrupulous behavior with insulting language. Once found, deduct the relevant team 0.5-2VP. If there are multiple appearances or persuasion, those who do not change will be given further judgment according to the severity of the case until the qualification is cancelled.


14. The bidding system and the signal to be used must be filled out in detail and brought into the arena.


6. Representation:


1. The competition shall have an arbitration committee to handle the representations.


2. All representations must be submitted to the referee within 30 minutes after the end of the round of the competition, and the written materials and the representation fee of RMB 50 will be submitted.


7. Admissions and awards:


1. The top six in the first-class competition, the first prize trophy, six gold medals, the provincial masters 60 (3); the second trophy trophy, six silver medals, the provincial masters 40 (2); The third place is the trophy, the bronze medal is six, the provincial master is divided into 30 (1); the fourth provincial master is divided into 20; the fifth provincial master is divided into 10; the sixth provincial master is divided into five.
