The third Hangzhou Bridge Competition Regulations

First, the date and place of the competition:


League time: April 2008 - December 2008. A sub-station is held every month. After the end of the race, the finals will be held.


(1) Sub-station: It is divided into six stations.


1. First stop: April 18-20, 2008. Yuhang District


2. Second stop: June 13-15, 2008. Uptown


3. Third stop: July 11-13, 2008. Binjiang District


4. Fourth stop: August 8-10, 2008. Downtown area


5. Fifth stop: September 5-7, 2008. West Lake District


6. Sixth Station: October 24th to 26th, 2008. Gongshu District


(II) Finals: December 5-7, 2008. Jianggan District


2. Organizers, contractors and co-organizers:


Organizer: Hangzhou Sports Bureau, Hangzhou Sports Association,


Organizer: Hangzhou Bridge Association, all relevant districts, counties (cities) sports bureaus, sports associations


Co-organizers: All relevant districts, counties (cities) bridge associations


Third, the competition project:


Both the race and the finals are: League and Friendship.


Fourth, the participating units:


Hangzhou City is the representative team of each district, Hangzhou Science and Technology Bridge Brand Team, Hangzhou Municipal Organ Team to participate in the league; members of Hangzhou Bridge Association and bridge enthusiasts, member associations of various district bridge associations participate in the networking tournament.


V. Participation methods:


(1) Sub-station competition: Each district (city) and Hangzhou municipal authorities and the Hangzhou Science and Technology Bridge Brigade each sent a team to participate in the open team competition (a total of 10 teams). Members of the Hangzhou Bridge Association and bridge enthusiasts, member associations of the district bridge associations participate in the networking tournament (up to the registration of the venue).


(II) Finals: The total scores of the six stations before the open team competition in the sub-station are accumulated. At the same time, members of the Hangzhou Bridge Association and bridge members and members of the bridge associations will be invited to participate in the networking competition.


(3) For each sub-station and finals, each team can report 1 team leader and 1 coach, 4-6 athletes, and at least 4 members of Hangzhou Bridge Association must be guaranteed.


Sixth, the competition method:


(1) Substation competition. It is divided into six stations, each station is a single round robin. 4 games per day, 16 decks per game. Determine the ranking by VP level, and then change the name to the second place. The first place is 10 points; the second place is 9 points; the third place is 8 points... and so on. The rankings of the six stations are added to the total scores, and the finals are ranked in the order of the total score.


(2) Finals. In the single round robin, according to the total score of the sub-station, the first place is 5 points; the second place is 4.5 points; the third place is 4 points.... and so on, plus the ranking of this competition, the current league The final result.


(3) The competition adopts the "China Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association.


7. Admissions and incentives:


Sub-station: The top 6 players in the league and the association will be rewarded. The first place in the league won the championship flow cup.


Finals: The top 10 players in the league will be rewarded; the top 6 in the league will be rewarded. The open team championship won the current League Cup.


Eight, registration:


1. All units must submit the registration form to the Hangzhou Bridge Association and the competition area 15 days before the start of each station.


2. Registration fee: 300 yuan / team station. Friendship match 200 yuan / team station. The other participating expenses of each team are self-care.


9. The referee and the arbitration committee's selection method shall be separately ordered.
