Supplementary Notice of the Fourth National Intelligence Games Bridge Competition

    The 4th National Intelligence Games Bridge Competition will be held in Jiangshan, Zhejiang Province from November 8th to 18th. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the competition, the relevant matters are supplemented as follows:


First, the venue


Adult group: Jiangshan Jinling Hotel


Youth Group: Junyi Jiangshan International Resort Hotel


Second, the time and place of registration


(1) The referee and competition staff of the National Sports General Administration's chess and card sports management center shall report to the competition area on November 5 in strict accordance with the direct route and the prescribed travel standards. The referee must purchase the ticket by himself and reimburse it by ticket. The standard is the second-class seat of high-speed rail, the second-class seat of the motor train, the hard seat of the train, the hard sleeper of the train, and the bus. If you fly to the competition area to reimburse the standard according to the standard, the excess part needs to take care of itself. Check-in location: Jiangshan Jinling Hotel (Address: No. 298, Luxi North Road, Jiangshan City).


(2) Each participating unit will report 1 to 2 days before the start of the competition (see Appendix 1 for the schedule of the competition). The arrangements for staying at the hotel are as follows.


1. Youth Team: Junyi Jiangshan International Resort Hotel (Address: No. 15, Jiangdong District, Jiangshan City).


2. Adult team: Jiangshan Jinling Hotel (Address: No. 298, Luxi North Road, Jiangshan City) or Jiangdong Oriental Wenhua Hotel (Address: No. 2, Jinxiu Avenue, Jiangshan City), according to the specific accommodation arrangements to report to the hotel.


(3) At the time of registration, all participating units must submit proof of personal accident insurance certificate on the way to and from the competition area, otherwise they will not participate. All personnel, including participating athletes, such as injuries and accidental injuries in the competition area, are specifically responsible for their units, and the organizing committee will try their best to provide humanitarian and medical assistance.


(4) Relevant meeting arrangements


1. All the referee meetings will be held at 9:30 on November 6th. Venue: Jinling Hotel.


2. At 14:00 on November 8th, a mixed group, mixed doubles, young men's and women's groups, young men's and women's double project leaders and coaches' joint meeting will be held. The venue will be announced separately.


3. On November 10th, at 20:00, a men's and women's team, a men's and women's double project leader and a coaching association will be held. The venue will be announced separately.


Third, pick up arrangements and arrival methods


     (1) Pick-up arrangements


    The competition committee of the competition area will arrange pick-ups from Luzhou Airport and Jiangshan Railway Station to all hotels around the clock from November 6th to 8th.

(2) Way of arrival


1. Aircraft: You can fly directly to Zhangzhou Airport, or fly to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport first, then take the Hongqiao Station high-speed rail to reach Jiangshan Station.


2. Train: High-speed rail can go directly to Jiangshan Station.


Fourth, the charging standards and requirements


(1) Each participating unit shall pay a room and board fee of 260 yuan per person per day (including a meal fee of 120 yuan/person/day). The participating units and the super-editors who come to the meeting in advance and postpone the meeting will arrange their own accommodation and accommodation at their own expense. If you live in a single room, you need to pay 200 yuan / person / day.


(2) After the registration of the participating units, the unreachable personnel shall be notified to the Logistics Reception Department of the Commission before November 5th in order to check-out at the hotel.


(3) The above fees are required to be paid in one lump sum.


(4) All participating units shall send personnel to conduct statistics and confirmation on the accommodation and accommodation of the unit on the same day, so as to handle the follow-up refund procedures.


(5) Each participating unit eats at the hotel where they live.

V. Other requirements


(1) If there are special requirements for housing and catering in the participating units, please submit them in writing to the Logistics Reception Department of the Competition Commission before November 1st for coordination. Due to the limited number of rooms, it is not guaranteed to meet all requirements.


(2) All participants must provide the original ID card or the original copy of the account when they stay at the hotel.


(3) Athletes must bring their original second-generation ID card and the athlete's card for the Games to participate in the competition.
