First, the report: Please go to the Xiaodao Hotel, Xining City, Qinghai Province on May 6th.
Xiaodao Hotel is located at No. 35, Wusi West Road, Chengxi District, Xining City (opposite Qinghai Normal University)
1. Train to Xining, please take the No. 9 bus to the Shida Station and get off at the southwest corner of the station square. If you take a taxi, please get on the bus in the station square, you can go to the Xiaodao Hotel for less than 20 yuan.
2. For self-driving vehicles, please take the exit from the Chaoyang Toll Station of the expressway. From the second exit to the Qaidamu Road, turn right onto the “Haihu Overpass” and turn left to the Wusi West Road for 100 meters.
3. After flying to Xining, please take the airport bus to Ximenkou, Xining, and transfer to No.9, No.16, No.82, No.35 and No.24 to Shida Station. If you take a taxi from Ximenkou to Xiaodao Hotel, you can get to less than 10 yuan.
Second, report to the reception hall of Xiaodao Hotel, contact travel matters (go to Qinghai Lake, Ta'er Temple, etc.) and book a ticket on the first floor of the Xiaodao Hotel (you can call the internal line 223 in the room).
3. At 8:00 pm on May 6, 2008, a team leader meeting will be held in the conference room on the second floor of Xiaodao Hotel. Each team will also submit a list of appointment cards and doubles.
4. At 9:00 pm on May 9, 2008, the Secretary-General's meeting of the five northwestern provinces was held in the conference room on the second floor of Xiaodao Hotel.
5. Qinghai is part of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The average elevation of Xining City is about 2,261 meters. It is a plateau continental climate. It is cooler in the morning, the temperature is around 5 degrees Celsius, and the daily temperature difference is large. Please bring more clothes to each team.
6. There is a normal hospital in the opposite side of the Xiaodao Hotel. If you are seriously ill, you must go to Qinghai Provincial Hospital (Juyi Road) or Qinghai Medical College Affiliated Hospital (Tongren Road, Kunlun Road).
VII. Qinghai is a multi-ethnic gathering area. Please be sure to abide by national taboos when traveling and shopping.
Eight, the main shopping points:
1. Da Shizi: Take bus No. 82 to South Street Station and get off at the north.
2, Ximenkou (Shuijing Lane): Take the 9th, 16th, and 82nd roads and get off at the Central Square Station.

Nine, the main tourist points in the city:
1. People's Park (viewing tulips): Take the 6th, 16th, and 106th roads.
