Shanghai Wujiang 2008 May 1st Bridge Invitational Tournament was held on May 2nd. The 14 teams participating in the competition, after a fierce competition of a total of 60 decks in the preliminaries and finals, won the top three:
Champions: The Grobels (奚 莾, Sun Xudong, Yu Lei, Chen Xianwu)
Runner-up: Wujiang 7G Team (Qi Shengya, Zhu Ping, Shen Qi, Dai Xiaoxiong)
Third Place: Wujiang Team (Xu Tong, Xu Danping, Yong Shi, Gu Jin)
