I. Competition time and place
1. Time: August 1-3, 2008. The team leader will meet at 3:00 pm on August 1st; the game will start at 3:30.
2. Location: Zhuji Fengqiao Busen Hotel.
Second, the way of playing
(I) Four-Man Team Competition
1. The first stage is divided into two groups. Each team of 8 teams performs a group cycle with 16 pairs per round. The top 5 of Group A and the top 3 of Group B entered the second round of Group A, and the remaining teams entered Group B.
2. The second stage
(1) Each group of A and B will play three rounds of knockout matches, each with 16 matches.
(2) The rankings are based on the first stage results, that is:
Group A: A1-B3, A4-A5; A2-B2, A3-B1.
Group B: A 6-B 8, B 4-B 5; A 7-B 7, A 8-B 6.
(Two) fun doubles
Throughout the game, players with fixed partners who have played more than 6 rounds use XIMP to calculate the double score.
Quotas and groups
According to the regulations of the seventeenth "Huansha Cup" competition, the top 6 of Group A and the top 2 of Group B will enter Group A of this competition; Groups 7 and 8 and Group B of 3 to 8 will enter Group B of this competition.
1. Group A: 8 teams including Ningbo Ailifeng, Jiaxing Liangyou, Avant-garde, Hangzhou, Jiaxing, Huzhou, Taizhou Nature and Busen.
2. Group B; 8 teams including Yuyao, Taizhou, Zhoushan, Huansha Club, Lishui, Shaoxing Xiyingmen, Juhua Group, Jinhua.
Awards
(1) The total bonus is 18,000 yuan. The distribution is as follows:
1. In the second stage of Group A, the top 6 prizes are 6000 yuan, 3000 yuan, 2000 yuan, 1,000 yuan, 1,000 yuan, and 600 yuan; the seventh place is 200 yuan.
2. In the second stage of Group B, each winner will be rewarded with 200 yuan;
3. The top 6 in the doubles are 500 yuan, 400 yuan, 300 yuan, 200 yuan, 200 yuan, and 200 yuan respectively.
(Two) promotion
1. In the second stage, the top 6 teams from Group A enter the Group A of the following year;
2. If the host team Mori is in the top 6 of Group A, the first and second place of Group B will be promoted to Group A of the following year. Otherwise, the first place in Group B is promoted to Group A of the following year (if the Busen team wins the first place in Group B, the second place advances).
V. Registration and Registration
(I) Registration
1. Each team is limited to 6 players and 1 coach or leader.
2. The list is submitted to the Provincial Bridge Association (No. 33 Hangda Road, Zip Code: 310007) and Shen Lianghui of Shaoxing Nurses School (No. 6, Taozhu South Road, Zhuji, 311800; Email: ssshhhlll333@163.com).
3. Deadline for registration: July 18, 2008.
4． Each team pays an entry fee of 300 yuan.

All teams please report to the stadium before 3:00 pm on August 1.
