The "Xiquan Cup" 19th Huaxia Friendship City Seniors Bridge Race is scheduled to be held from September 18th to 23rd, 2008 in Xiamen Hongquan Hotel Participate.

3. Location and time:


(1) Location: Xiamen Hongquan Hotel (behind the First Hospital, No. 7 Shiquan Road)


(2) Time:


1. Registration: September 18, 2008 (the leader meeting is held at 19:00)


2. Competition: September 19th-September 23rd, 2008


3. Departure: September 24, 2008


 


4. Participation methods:


1. Each team can report one team leader and one coach (if the age of both athletes must meet the regulations), and four athletes (only males born before September 30, 1948; females: born before September 30, 1953).


2. Entry fee: RMB 150 / person / day for boarding and lodging, and 200 yuan / person / day for entourage, a total of 6 days, no check-out and no refund during the trip, extra fees for early arrival and late departure


3. Each team should pay a group membership fee of 100 yuan and an application fee of 50 yuan per person.


 


5. Competition method:


The first stage: drawing a group, the group is calculated according to V · P.


The second stage: 1. Group 1 and 2 participate in the final


          2. The other teams participated in the Swiss shift.


 


6. Rewards:


1. The top eight in the team competition and the top six in the Swiss shift competition will be awarded.


2. Selected several sports ethics and fashion awards.


 


7. The competition judges and arbitration commissioners are employed by the undertaking unit.


 


8. After the competition, the travel agency will be entrusted to take charge of the tourism activities and the return flight and train tickets.


 


9. During the competition (including round-trip time), the responsibilities of health and safety are the responsibility of the participating units and individuals. Please bring your ID card with your retirement certificate.
