In order to promote the development of the Beijing Bridge Brand Movement, improve the technology level of the Beijing Bridge Brand, and at the same time promote the corporate image and expand the influence of the enterprise, the Beijing Bridge Association and Beijing Huayuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. jointly organized this competition.

    2. Competition method:


     1. The game is a four-person double match, each team can report six people.


     2. The non-level preliminaries and rematches use the Swiss shift system. The preliminaries are divided into two groups, each group takes the top eight to enter the semi-finals; the semi-finals take the top eight to enter the finals, the preliminaries and the semi-finals play 4 rounds, each round has 8 decks; the final eight teams use a single round, 12 rounds After the card is determined, it will be promoted to the second level.


     3. The B-level competition is divided into two stages. The first stage is divided into four groups according to the arrangement of snakes for a single cycle, with 12 decks per round. The top two in each group entered the next stage, and the second two in each group were reduced to no rank. The second stage is eight teams in a single cycle, with 12 decks in each round, and the top four are promoted to the first division.


4. The first-class match is divided into two stages. The first stage is divided into two groups according to the ranking of snakes in 2007 for a single cycle, with 16 decks per round. In the second stage, the top four of each group entered the quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals; the fifth place of each group was directly relegated, and the ninth and tenth places were ranked according to the VP of the first stage; the sixth and seventh places of each group entered the relegation Play-offs; the eighth place in each group is directly reduced to B.


1/4 finals: playing 20 decks, the first place in each group in the first stage can pick another group of three or four cross confrontation.


Semifinals: Playing 24 decks, the top four teams will be selected according to the VP of the first stage. The first team can select opponents in the third and fourth teams; the five to eight semifinals will be played in the same way.


Finals: Playing 28 decks, arranging one to six places; seven or eight are no longer in the finals and are scheduled according to the first stage VP.


Relegation playoffs: (1) The sixth place in each group plays 24 pairs of cards and the winner is relegated; the seventh place in each group plays 24 pairs of cards and the loser is relegated;


(2) The loser in the sixth place in each group plays 24 decks with the winner in the seventh place in each group, and the winner is relegated and the loser is relegated.

No rank: July 28 to August 3, 2008


Level B: July 26 to August 3, 2008


Grade A: July 26 to August 3, 2008


 


V. Registration method:


1. No rank team can voluntarily register for the team.


2. Teams A and B must maintain at least two-thirds of the original team in 2007 to be eligible to register.


3. Registration time: from now until July 25th every day 9: 00-17: 00

Six, charging methods:


1. The registration fee for non-level teams in the preliminaries and rematch is 100 yuan; the final registration fee is 200 yuan.


2. The registration fee for the preliminary and final rounds of the second team is RMB 200.


3. The first-level team pays a one-time registration fee of 400 yuan.


 


    7. Reward method:


     1. Reward the top six of Class A, B and the top three of No Class.


2. This competition declares the master points of the China Bridge Association in accordance with the relevant regulations of the China Bridge Association.


   


8. Matters needing attention:


     1. All contestants must establish a good brand style. Once cheating and other bad behaviors are found, they will be given a warning and disqualified.


     2. The competition adopts the double contract bridge rules issued by the China Bridge Association in 1999 and the double contract bridge refereeing law issued by the China Bridge Association in 2006.


     3. The registration for each team member is valid once, and cannot be changed or added after the start of the game. If there are any special reasons, they must be approved by the organizing committee before they can be changed.


     4. Each person can only represent one team. If any player is found in the two teams, the player will be disqualified and the second team that the player participated in will be awarded zero score in the match.


     5. 10% to 20% of the team's IMP for late arrivals; 20% of the team's IMP for late arrivals; 20% to 30% for late arrivals.


     6. In the group A and B group round robin, if the team abstains before half of the schedule, all previous results will be cancelled. If the race is over half, the score is valid.


7. Participants must fill out the Chinese agreement card. Each pair of players must bring the agreement card in duplicate to participate in the competition, otherwise they will be given unfavorable treatment until they are not allowed to play.


     8. Each pair of players in this game can only use the psychological call once per game, but cannot use the strong open called psychological call (such as precise 1C, Aike 2C, etc.)


9. It is forbidden to use brown conventions (such as multi-purpose 2D and brown conventions with uncertain points and card types) and highly unused systems (such as first-order opening to indicate a certain suit or long or short)


10. The player's agreed bids in the game need to be reminded (for example, the new suit should not be forced, the new suit should not be forced, etc.). Without pulling the curtain, the following bids shall not be reminded:


(1) All doubled


(2) Represents a uniform or semi-uniform type, or suggest to play a no-call bid without a contract


(3) Any bid at level 4 or above, unless it is a conventional bid in the first round of bids


11. All players must pay attention to the order, position and cards of the deck. North Guanpai, South Score, East-West Check. If a card error occurs, the party responsible for the previous table will be responsible before seeing the card, and the party responsible for this table will be responsible after seeing the card. Inserting the wrong card makes the payment invalid and the responsible party 3IMP deducted.


12. After each game, the winner will hand over the score sheet to the referee. If tied, the home team will submit the table. Teams that do not submit their watches out of date are counted as zero points in the match.


    13. If you have any objection to the penalty, you can appeal to the Arbitration Commission. The time limit is to submit written materials within 30 minutes after the game, otherwise it will not be accepted and the arbitration committee will make the final decision.


14. Smoking is prohibited in the arena. Once discovered, it will be warned and deducted points (1VP per person for preliminaries and semi-finals, 2VP for each person in the finals) until the competition is disqualified.


15. Participants are not allowed to use any communication tools in the game. Once they are found to deduct the team's 3VP for the first time and disqualify the team for the second time, they will be disqualified.


16. The unfinished matters will be notified by the organizing committee.
