    The supplementary notices for the 2020 National Bridge Youth Team Competition are as follows:


1. Game time


January 16-20, 2020


Second, the venue


The Grand Conference Hall of Venice and Swan Castle at Oulebao International Hotel, Penglai, Yantai, Shandong Province.


3. Registration Method


(1) The provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and the cities with separate plans for the championship can submit one team for each group, each team can report to the team leader, one coach, and four to six athletes. For registration qualifications and age grouping, see the competition rules for details Regulations.


(2) Each group of the Open will be free to register. Each team may apply for one team leader and one coach, and 4-6 athletes. For age groups, please refer to Article 5 of the Competition Rules.


(3) Each participating team must submit an application form to the Chinese Bridge Association and the competition area by December 31, 2019, and register online at the special topic of the "China National Bridge Youth Team Competition 2020" on China Bridge Network. Please provide identification materials (identity card, household registration book or school registration certificate) when registering, otherwise the registration will be deemed invalid. Open teams will pay the entry fee after passing the online registration review.


(4) Athletes who have not uploaded their personal photos on the China Bridge Network must complete the upload at the time of registration. They will be used for the production of entry certificates. Registration without uploading photos will fail. For specific photo requirements and uploading methods, please refer to "Notice of Member Photo Collection of China Bridge Association" published by China Bridge Network.


(5) Entry fee: The tournament group does not charge an entry fee, the open group charges 600 yuan per team, and the entry fee will be remitted to the designated account or WeChat transfer before the prescribed registration deadline, otherwise no registration will be accepted.

Fourth, the leader meeting


The organizing committee will hold a team leader meeting at the conference hall on the sixth floor of the Knights Resort Hotel at 20:30 on the evening of January 15, 2020. All team leaders are invited to attend on time.

6. Accommodation


Each team's room and board expenses are at their own expense. The venue is a seasonal tourist city. The season is in the off-season. To ensure safety, health and service quality, it is recommended that each sports team choose the hotel recommended by the competition organizing committee as much as possible:

2. Ocean Resort Hotel (conjoined hotel on the side of the stadium, 2 minutes walk from the inner corridor)

Theme standard room: 420 yuan / day / room (including two breakfasts, 12 rooms are provided)


Buffet lunch and dinner are offered at the Knight Restaurant of Knight Hotel, which is 50 yuan / meal / person, which can be purchased by the front desk at the time of registration.

7. Registration


(1) The referees and arbitration commissioners will report to the division on January 14.

8. Transportation


(1) All delegations are requested to customize their round-trip tickets. If you need assistance from the organizer to book tickets, please contact the regional contact 15 days in advance.


(2) Yantai South Station: 82 kilometers away from the competition site, about 200 yuan by taxi.


(3) Yantai Railway Station: about 78 kilometers away from the venue.


(4) Yantai Penglai International Airport: It is about 37 kilometers away from the competition site and about 120 yuan in 35 minutes by taxi.


(5) There are buses running to Penglai near all stations in Yantai.


(6) High-speed rail transfer: Jinan Railway Station and Yantai Railway Station have motor trains to Penglai City, please inquire.


(7) Each team that recommends the hotel during the game will inform the contact person of the region about the arrival flight or train number. The hotel organizes a Penglai Airport pick-up bus for 25 yuan / person and CMB 30 yuan / person to the hotel directly. At noon on the 20th, buses will be arranged to Yantai Penglai Airport (25 yuan / person) and South High Speed Railway Station (40 yuan / person). Teams requiring chartered vehicles please contact the competition area one day in advance.
