2020 National Youth Bridge Team Competition Regulations
1. Date and place of the competition
Held from January 16 to 20, 2020 in Penglai City, Shandong Province.

3. Competition
(1) Championship: U15 group, U20 group, U25 group, U25 women's group
(2) Open: U15 group, U20 group, U25 group, U30 group, U15 women group, U25 women group
4. Participating units and methods
(1) Championship
1. The bridge associations of provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and planned cities shall participate in the competition.
2. Each province, autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government, and the planned single city bridge association can report up to 1 team per group.
(2) Open
All member units, schools, training institutions and individuals of the China Bridge Association can form teams freely to participate.
(3) The total size of the competition is limited to 220 teams (including championships and open tournaments). Each team can report one team leader and one coach, and 4-6 athletes.
(4) Each team shall take care of its own expenses.
V. Athlete qualification
(1) All participating athletes must be individual non-arrears members of the Chinese Bridge Association with good health status.
(2) Athletes participating in the championship shall determine their eligibility for entry with their household registration and school registration. Athletes who are not from the school registration or household registration in this region shall not participate.
(3) Athletes participating in the open competition do not set qualification restrictions, and they can freely choose the group that meets the requirements of participation according to age and gender.
(4) Age requirements for athletes in each group
1. U15 group: athletes should be born after January 1, 2005.
2. U20 group: athletes should be born after January 1, 2000.
3. Group U25: Athletes should be born after January 1, 1995.
4. U30 group: athletes should be born after January 1, 1990.
6. Competition Rules
(1) The method of competition in each group depends on the registration situation.
(2) The competition adopts "Rules of Chinese Bridge Competition (2018)".
(3) Each pair of players will carry 2 copies of the system card to the table during the game.
7. Ranking Admission and Reward
(1) The top 6 teams in each group will be admitted. If there are less than 6 teams, the top 3 teams will be admitted.
(2) The competitions of each group are awarded the Master Points of the China Bridge Association according to the "Technical Grade Standard of Members of the China Bridge Association", of which the championships are awarded the master points according to the national competition (Class 1) standards and the open competitions are awarded according to the National Competition (Class 2) standards Master points.
(3) The championship U15, U20, U25 and U25 women's championship teams will represent China in the corresponding group competitions of the 2020 international youth bridge competitions (except the World Youth Championships).
(4) If the champion team is unable to participate, they will be supplemented in order according to their ranks. The scope and order of each group will be: championship champion, second runner-up, third runner-up, open champion, open runner. The U15 Women's Open champion and second place runner-up are ranked after the U15 Open U25 or Open U25 Women's.
(5) The teams in the above-mentioned range can register for all kinds of international youth bridge competitions in 2020 before the stipulated deadline. If the competition has a limit on the number of teams or provides preferential participation conditions for some teams, the team that ranks in the top of the registration team Priority entry or get discounts. If there are no qualification restrictions, the above-mentioned teams can register for the Chinese Youth X team.
8. Registration and Registration
(1) Registration
1. Each participating team must submit an application form to the Chinese Bridge Association and the competition area by December 31, 2019, and register at the same time in the special event of China Bridge Network. Please provide your identity and age certificate (one ID card, one hukou book or one proof of school registration) at the time of registration, otherwise the registration is invalid.

2. Entry fee
(1) Championship: no entry fee
(2) Open tournament: 600 yuan / team, charged by the organizer.
3. Change list
(1) Within 5 days after the registration deadline, each participating team may submit a list of changes to the China Bridge Association in writing (including changing team names, increasing, decreasing, changing athletes, correcting registration errors, etc.).
(2) If you change the list after the 5th day of the competition registration, you must fill out the change list application form and submit it to the competition team before the start of the first game. Each change will require a handling fee of 100 yuan.
(2) Registration
The referee is 2 days before the game, and the participating teams report to the division 1 day before the game.
9. The selection methods for the referee and arbitration committee shall be separately formulated.
Ten, other
(1) When registering, all participating units must submit proof of personal accident insurance insurance on the way to and from the competition area, or they will not be allowed to participate. All personnel, including the athletes involved, are responsible for their injuries, accidents, and other injuries in the competition area. The organizing committee will provide humanitarian and medical assistance.
(2) The team leader meeting is scheduled to be held at 20:30 the day before the game. Each team must be participated by the team leader or coach.
(3) Unfinished matters will be notified separately.
