Notice on the 2008 training course for bridge referees of the Hubei province
It is hereby decided to hold a provincial training course for bridge referees. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Time and place: Held in Wuhan from September 19 to September 23, 2008.
2. Participants:
(1) Speakers: Fei Shichang and Li Minghua
(2) Students: Mainly recommended by the city and district bridge associations. According to the situation, you can also receive free registration.
3. Content:
(1) Rules of bridge competition.
(2) The role of referees in bridge games.
(3) Organization of bridge games (before, during and after the game).
(4) Analysis of typical cases.
(5) The referee's promotion examination and completion examination.
4. Completion:
(1) After all the participants in the training class have passed the examination, the Hubei Provincial Sports Bureau will issue a certificate of completion.
(2) For the students who have reached the level of referee qualification, the Hubei Provincial Sports Bureau will issue the qualification certificate of the corresponding level.
V. Funding:
Participants who attend the training class pay 100 yuan per person for the training fee and information fee, which will be paid at the time of registration.
The room and board costs 110 yuan per person per day, and the travel expenses are at your own expense.
