1. Implementation of the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" and "Supplementary Rules for Chinese Bridge Competition (2017)" approved by the China Bridge Association in 2013.
2. Competition address: Binhe Sports Center National Fitness Volunteer Activity Center
3. Competition Date: December 7-8, 2019
4. Competition Arrangement: The first-class team uses a single round of competition, a total of 9 rounds, 12 pairs per round. The second-level team's competition is divided into two stages. The first stage preliminaries have 5 rounds of points, each team takes 60% of the first stage points, and enters the second stage of the finals. It has 4 rounds of points and 12 pairs per round. (Please see the schedule).
5. Competition Regulations
(1) It is forbidden to use yellow bidding system and brown contract bidding.
(2) Restricted use of psychological calls: Each round (knot) can only use psychological calls in a deck of cards at most for each pair of partners.
Six, the game time
(1) Time limit for playing: All athletes must be seated 5 minutes before the start of the competition to prepare for the game.
(2) Time limit for the game: 12 decks, 1 hour and 30 minutes.
(3) By the deadline of the competition, all the cards that have not made bids will be cancelled, and the time limit for cards that have made bids will be 8 minutes.
7. This game held a team leader meeting at 8:30 on December 7th before the game. Relevant matters will be announced in the column of this competition of China Bridge Network.
8. There is no arbitration committee for this competition. The referee shall perform the arbitration procedure, accept the appeal, and make a final decision after consulting and listening to relevant opinions.
9. The competition venue is on the first floor on the north side of Binhe Sports Center. On-site parking: Comrades who drive, please enter from the north side of Binhe Sports Center, park in the underground parking lot, collect parking tickets from the organizing committee, and you can implement a half-price discount of 2 yuan per hour.
