Shaanxi Provincial Bridge Association Championship Competition Rules
1. Time and place
From October 2 to 4, 2008, the third floor of the conference center of Northwest Power Construction Corporation.
2. Competition
1. Open team competition: October 2 to 4.
2. Double match: October 4th.
3. Invitational tournament: October 4th.
3. Participating units
All grass-roots units in the province can form teams to participate. Teams are not limited to regions and systems. Each team is limited to 6 athletes and 1 team leader and coach. All bridge associations in the Northwest Collaboration District can also register for the competition, and the number of teams is unlimited.
4. Competition methods
1. This competition adopts the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" newly approved by the China Bridge Association.
2. The lottery leader and the referee will preside over the drawing order.
3. The game uses a points loop system, with 16 decks per game and a total of 10 rounds. Enter the top 6 for the final. The NS is responsible for the game. The home and away games are handled by the lottery and schedule procedures.
4. This tournament uses artificial licensing, and the players start shampooing after they are in place at the same time.
V. Penalties and arbitration
This competition uses the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" and "Judgment Law" approved by the China Bridge Association in 1991. During the competition, the contestants can call the referees for violations at any time, and have the right to award the arbitration commission to the arbitration committee Make an appeal. The appeal must be made in writing within 20 minutes after the end of the game, and an appeal fee of 50 yuan must be paid. The appeal is established and the fee is refunded.
Sixth, reward scoring method
The top 6 teams will be rewarded in open team style, and the players will be awarded the corresponding master points. The double match rewards the top 3 of each line and scores the corresponding master points.
Seven, expenses
The registration fee of each team is 150 yuan, and the travel expenses, subsidies, accommodation and accommodation during the competition are self-care.
8. Team Leader Meeting
The team leader meeting will be held at 3:00 pm on October 1st.
9. Awards
It will be conducted on the morning of October 4th, and the specific arrangements will be notified later.
Ten, other
During the competition, promotional materials and display advertisements of Northwest Power Construction Group Corporation will be sent.
