Six, registration methods


    1. Cadres and employees formally registered by the central unit in Beijing, and enjoy the "five insurance (three insurance) and one gold" protection granted by the unit at the same time. Good health, suitable for participants. People with heart disease, high blood pressure and other unsuitable sports are not allowed to register.


    2. The competition service fee is waived and 30 teams are restricted to report;


    3. The registration will start from now on and the quota will be reached. The deadline for registration is 12:00 on December 20. register online


    4. Each participating unit can download and fill out the "2019 Beijing Municipal Central Unit Cadre Employee Bridge Invitational Registration Form" on the China Bridge Network Event (www.ccba.org.cn) and Beijing Bridge Network (www.bblabc.com). , At the same time download and sign the "entry responsibility letter".


    5. Each participating unit must report the registration form with the official seal of the unit and the signature of their responsibility to the Beijing Bridge Association before completing the registration deadline, and complete the registration list on the China Bridge Network event. The success of registration is subject to online review.

7. Competition method


    (1) The implementation of the "2018 Chinese Bridge Competition Rules".


    (2) Each team is limited to 4 people.


    (3) The competition uses points to arrange the game, to conduct 5 rounds of competition, each round of 10 decks, according to the cumulative VP ranking.
    (4) The team number of the participating team shall be drawn by the chief referee.


 


8. Competition procedures


    (1) It is forbidden to use the yellow bidding system and brown agreed bidding in the competition.


    (2) It is forbidden to use heartbeats in the game.


    (3) The participating players must bring the Chinese system card of the pair (which can have special English symbols for bridge) to participate in the competition.


 


Nine, competition time


    (1) Time limit for playing: All participants must enter the table 5 minutes before the start time of the competition.


    (2) Time limit for the game: 8 minutes / vice


 


10. Awards


    The following prizes are set for this competition: the top eight will be awarded medals and prizes respectively.


 


11. Referee Committee


    1. The referee is appointed by the organizing committee as the referee of Beijing Bridge Association.


    2. The chief referee selects and dispatches referees to participate in the refereeing work.


    3. All competition rules will be explained by the Organizing Committee of the 2019 Beijing Municipal Central Unit Cadres and Staff Bridge Invitation Tournament.


 


12. Arbitration Commission


    The arbitration committee shall be set up in the competition, and the composition and scope of responsibilities shall be implemented in accordance with the "Arbitration Commission Regulations". The director and members of the arbitration committee are selected and appointed by the organizing committee. Applicants who file an appeal must submit written materials to the Arbitration and Disciplinary Committee within 24 hours and pay an appeal fee of RMB 500 at the same time.


 


XIII. Others


         All participating units are advised to choose public transportation as far as possible, and parking fees and lunch fees shall be borne by themselves.
