Competition Rules of the First Shanghai Student Games Bridge (Secondary Student) Competition

4. Date and place of the competition:


(1) Contest date: September 29 to September 30, 2008


(2) Location: Shanghai Wusong Middle School No. 99 Taihe Road, Shanghai


V. Participating unit: all districts and counties of this city


6. Competition groups and projects:


(1) Competition group:


1. High school group (born September 1, 1990 to August 31, 1993)


2. Junior high school group (born September 1, 1993 to August 31, 1997)


(2) Contest item: Open team competition


7. Participation methods:


(1) The qualification of athletes shall be implemented in accordance with the general rules of the 2008 Shanghai Student Games Competition Regulations;


(2) The number of applicants: each unit can report to the team leader (and coach), high school, junior high school group C can each apply for a joint team or school team,


      6 athletes per team;


(3) The joint team athletes must be students enrolled in the district and county, and the school team athletes must be enrolled in the same school in the district


      School students;


(4) Registration: The first registration time is from June 20th to June 25th, first register for the competition; the second registration time is September 5th


Until September 10, report the list of athletes.


8. Competition method:


(1) Junior high school open group:


1. A set of double round-robin matches, a total of 14 rounds, 8 decks per round, using 25: 0V.P table;


2. The team numbers of the second round are arranged according to the ranking of the first round, and the home and away teams exchange;


3. The round-robin competition is divided into the main field and V.P as the auxiliary; 15: 15V.P, the field is divided into 1: 1; 16: 14V.P, the field is divided into


   1.5: 0.5; 17: 13V.P, the field is divided into 2: 0. If V.P is equal, compare all I.M.P score points, the higher


   Top of the list.


(2) High School Open Group:


1. A set of double round-robin matches, a total of ten rounds, 12 decks per round, using 25: 0V.P table;


2. The team numbers of the second round are arranged according to the ranking of the first round, and the home and away teams exchange;


3. The round-robin competition is divided into the main field and V.P as the auxiliary; 15: 15V.P, the field is divided into 1: 1; 16: 14V.P, the field is divided into


   1.5: 0.5; 17: 13V.P, the field is divided into 2: 0. If V.P is equal, compare all I.M.P score points, the higher


   Top of the list.


(3) Adopting the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association in 1999 and the "Chinese Bridge Association Duplex" issued in 2006


      Law on Contracted Bridge Refereeing (Trial).


(4) The competition group and the referee shall preside over the grouping, drawing and arrangement work.


(E) Each pair of players must fill in the Chinese bidding agreement card in detail, and those without the agreement card are not allowed to participate.


(6) Athletes shall participate in the competition based on the competition card uniformly formulated for this Games.
