Huayuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. and the Beijing Bridge Association are doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control. At the same time, they are scheduled to jointly hold the 2020 "Huayuan Real Estate Cup" Beijing Bridge Grade Competition on the online platform from August 17 to 23.

        Seven, competition method


        (1) Due to the epidemic, the competition can only be held online. In view of the particularity of online competitions, this competition is only divided into two levels: A and B. Unrated competitions will not be held temporarily, and both A and B competitions will be held. Only fall, not rise. Level A retains 12 teams, and Level B retains 20 teams (including a relegated team).


        (2) Each team of A and B must maintain more than two-thirds of the original team in 2019.


        (3) Each participating player can only represent one team to participate in one level of competition. If a player representing two teams is found, the player’s qualifications will be disqualified and the player’s representative will be judged as the second player. Each team scored zero in the game.


        (4) Level B: There are 24 teams in total, and the competition is divided into two stages.


        The first stage: Points arrangement, 5 rounds, 12 decks of cards in each round, to accumulate VP ranking. In this stage, 1-8 will enter the second stage-B final; 9-16 will enter the second stage-play-off 1; 17-24 will enter the second stage-play-off 2.


        The second stage: knockout, 16 decks of cards per game.


        1. Level B finals: In the first stage, the 1-8 players will automatically match up, perform 3 single eliminations, and arrange the top eight in the B level;


        2. Playoff 1: The 9-16 in the first stage will automatically match up according to the eight single defeats. One game will be played. The winning team will be relegated. According to the results of the first stage, the 9-12 will be ranked as the losing team. Enter playoff 3;


        3. Play-off 2: In the first stage, the 17-24 players will automatically match up according to the eight single defeats. One game will be played. The winning team will enter the playoff 3 and the losing team will be reduced to no level;


        4. Playoff 3: The four losing teams of Playoff 1 and the four winning teams of Playoff 2 are sorted by the results of the first stage, and the eight teams will be eliminated automatically. One game will be played, and the winning team will be relegated. According to the results of the first stage, it is ranked 13-16 in this competition, and the losing team is reduced to no rank;


        (5) Grade A: There are 16 teams in total, and the competition is divided into two stages.


        The first stage: points arrangement competition, 4 rounds, 12 decks of cards in each round, to accumulate VP ranking. In this stage, 1-8 will enter the second stage-A final; 9-12 will enter the second stage-play-off 1; 13-16 will enter the second stage-play-off 2.


        The second stage: knockout, 16 decks of cards per game.


        1. Grade A finals: In the first stage, the 1-8 players will automatically match up, perform 3 single defeats, and arrange the top eight in the first stage;


        2. Play-off 1: The 9-12 players in the first stage will automatically match up according to the single defeat of the four teams. One game will be played. The winning team will be relegated. According to the results of the first stage, the 9-10 players will be listed as the losing team. Enter playoff 3;


        3. Play-off 2: The 13-16 in the first stage will automatically match up according to the single defeat of the four teams. One game will be played. The winning team will enter the playoff 3 and the losing team will be reduced to the second level;


        4. Playoff 3: The two losing teams of Playoff 1 and the two winning teams of Playoff 2 are sorted by the results of the first stage, and the four teams will be eliminated automatically. One game will be played, and the winning team will be relegated. According to the results of the first stage, the 11-12th place in this competition is listed, and the losing team is reduced to the second level;


        (6) The competition implements the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules (2018)" and "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules Supplementary Regulations (2020)", and other regulations are announced by the chief referee.


        (7) Contestants shall submit the electronic version of the Chinese system card for reference as required.


        (8) Players of all participating teams must bring their own mobile phone or tablet with camera function, and 1 computer or tablet or mobile phone for the competition. The remote supervision mechanism is adopted during the game, and each team should actively cooperate with the referee team.


         8. Competition registration


        (1) Registration starts today, and the deadline for registration is 12:00 on August 16.


        (2) Each team can register 4-6 athletes, and the first person in the registration form is the captain by default. The captain will become the host of the game room when his team is the home team, and is responsible for arranging the players of the two teams to play, so he needs to be familiar with the related operations of the bridge circle.


        (3) The participating team must fill in the list of the team members through the China Bridge Network event feature online before 12:00 on August 16th. The name, membership number, and bridge circle ID are required items, which must be filled in accurately as the basis for checking the attendance list. The bridge circle ID can be filled in the nickname of the bridge circle in the registration topic, or added in the nickname of the bridge circle in the personal member information. After the start of the first round of the event, it is no longer allowed to add or adjust participants, and those who have registered and passed the review in non-event topics are not allowed to participate.


        (4) The team must fill in the registration information on the event topic and before 12:00 on August 16th, the captain or team leader will join the event topic WeChat group and submit the electronic version of the Chinese system card. The electronic version of the Chinese system card must be in PDF format and the name should be marked in the file name. If the whole team uses the same system card, the note is common to the XXX team. Each team should exchange and understand the system card with their opponents in advance.


        (5) The participating teams must scan the QR code to pay the event service fee at the same time when registering on China Bridge. The fee is 30 yuan per person. When remitting the event service fee, please indicate the level of participation, team name, and number of people for verification.

        Nine, admission rankings and rewards

        (3) The competition is awarded to China Bridge Association Network Master points in accordance with the "China Bridge Association Member Technical Grade Standard".

11. Competition procedures


        (1) During the competition, it is prohibited to use the yellow bidding system and brown contract bidding. Psychological bids are forbidden in the scoring tournament. Each pair of partners can only use psychological bids in a deck of cards in each knockout match.


        (2) No matter what the reason is during the competition, the losses caused by operation errors (for example: making mistakes in bidding, playing cards, etc.) shall be borne by me without adjustment.


        (3) If there are disputes about bidding and playing cards, please call a referee in time. If the referee cannot be on the court in time, the players on the court are required to keep the bidding and playing process and relevant textual evidence in time through screenshots or video recording.


        (4) There will be no arbitration committee for this competition, and the judgment of the referee team shall be the final ruling, and appeals will not be accepted.


        (5) If the game has already started and the game cannot be completed due to a certain party's reasons, the cards that have constituted a duplex will be scored according to the actual results, and each pair of unfinished cards will be given to the irresponsible party 3IMP for artificial adjustment points. If the game progress in the opening and closing rooms differs too much, and the uncompleted cards are obviously beneficial to the unresponsible party, the referee has the right to make additional adjustments in accordance with the fairness principle of the rules.


        (6) For any reason, if a player disconnects and cannot return to the game within 15 minutes, the game will be aborted and the game will not be completed.


        12. Competition discipline


        (1) Respect opponents, peers, and referees.


        (2) The competition strictly implements the "Chinese Bridge Association's Interim Regulations on Competition Discipline" and its "Supplementary Regulations".


        (3) All participants must ensure fair and impartial participation in the competition, and must not use any excuse as a reason to conduct behaviors contrary to the spirit of bridge, and all kinds of cheating are strictly prohibited.


        (4) The organizing committee of the competition accepts any cheating report with factual evidence, if the report is true, the organizing committee will reward it.


        (5) Once confirmed, any cheating will never be tolerated and adopt a "zero" tolerance attitude.


        (6) In view of the particularity of online competitions and the possible disputes about the transmission of illegal information, this competition will adhere to the principles of fairness and justice, conduct technical analysis of relevant dispute cases and record them (electronic Chinese provided by each team) The system card will serve as an important basis). The organizing committee and the referee team have the right to adjust the results of the competition based on technical analysis, and can be disqualified and suspended if necessary.
