Competition Name: The 4th "Liqun Cup" Bridge Competition in Zhejiang Province
Organizers: Jiaxing Bridge Association, Haining Tobacco Company
Organizer: Haining Bridge Association
1. Competition format: Open team competition
2. Competition time: December 12-14, 2008
3. Participation fee: registration fee is 300 yuan/team, board and lodging fee is 280 yuan/person.
4. Competition method:
(1) Qualifying: The Swiss shift system is adopted. There are 6 rounds of competition with 16 decks of cards in each round. The ranking will be ranked by VP. The top 8 will enter the knockout round, and the other teams will enter the next stage of the Swiss competition.
(2) Elimination:
Enter the competition according to the qualifying position.
1, 1-4, 2-3, 5-8, and 6-7 are in the elimination rounds, with 20 cards.
2. The winning teams of 1-4 and 2-3 will participate in the championship finals. The 5-8, 6-7 losing team returned to the Swiss game.
3. 1-4 losers play against 6-7 winners, 2-3 losers play against 5-8 winners, with 24 hands. The two winning teams will decide the third and fourth place according to the ranking, and the two losing teams will decide the fifth and the sixth place according to the ranking.
(3) The number of cards in the finals and play-offs for the championship and runner-up matches is 24, divided into the upper and lower half.
(4) Switzerland: A total of three rounds, each with 12 decks of cards, ranked by VP, and 30% of VP will be brought into the Swiss competition. The knockout losing team took the top four average VPs in the first round of the Swiss game to participate in the Swiss game.
5. Competition procedure:
(1) Cards used in the game: The game uses computers to issue cards and computer points.
(2) At the end of each round, each team needs to check the results of the game in time after receiving the score sheet. If there is any doubt, please confirm the opponent team and report to the score table for modification within 5 minutes.
(3) Game time: 12 pairs (100 minutes); 16 pairs (130 minutes); 20 pairs (170 minutes); 24 pairs (200 minutes).
6. How to determine the ranking when the points are the same:
(1) Qualifying: Compare the IMP rate and TP rate of the same team in all competitions in turn, with the highest ranked first. Still the same lottery decision.
(2) Elimination match: Compare the TP of the same team, the higher one ranks first. Still the same lottery decision.
(3) Finals and play-offs: Compare the TPs of the same team, the higher one ranks first. Still the same play-off 1 deck of cards to decide the outcome.
7. The newly promulgated "Bridge Card Law" is implemented in this competition.
8. Appeals: All appeals must be filed by the leader of the appealing party to the chief referee before the start of the next quarter, and an appeal fee of RMB 100 shall be paid.
9. Rewards: (1) Open team competition: First place: 3500 yuan
Second place: 1500 yuan
Third place: 800 yuan
Fourth place: 700 yuan
Fifth place: 600 yuan
Sixth place: 400 yuan
(2) Switzerland Competition: First place: 600 yuan
Second place: 400 yuan
10. Registration and check-in
All participating teams are requested to send their name list to Zhejiang Bridge Association (Address: 33 Hangda Road, Hangzhou, Postcode: 310007, Tel: 0571-87993381, Fax: 0571-85025925) and Haining Bridge Association Yu Mingrong before December 5 (Haining Jinchao Industrial Co., Ltd., Address: No. 35 Dongshan North Road, Haining City, Zip Code: 314400, Tel 0573-87180795 (PHS), Fax: 0573-87024669). Each team shall report to Haining Hotel before 17:00 on December 12, address: No. 66, Haichang Road, Haining City. Team leaders are requested to attend the team leader meeting at 17:00 on time.
