The 26th Bowling Cup Bridge Competition of Zhejiang Province was held in Shaoxing City from September 16-18. There were 120 players from all over Zhejiang Province and Taiwan compatriots. According to the age combination of each pair of players, they were divided into 100 age group and Bailing Group B proceeded. The Bailing Cup Bridge Tournament is named because the sum of the ages of each pair of players is greater than or equal to 100 years old. The minimum age of players participating in Bailing Group A must be 60 years old and above, and the minimum age for Bailing Group B is 50 years old. After 5 rounds of competition, Taipei’s Xia Hanrong/Lai Yonghe won the Bailing Group A champion, Lai Shangyun/Lin Shanhong (Zhoushan), Hong Genqing/Wu Guanshun (Taizhou), Zhu Zhifei/Hua Yunquan (Shaoxing), Zheng Guorui/Wang Shuye (Ningbo) ), Zhang Xungui/Chen Wenxiang (Taipei) were ranked 2nd to 6th in Group A; the champion of Bailing Group B was won by Ningbo Yang Dakai/Chen Shaohua, Taizhou’s Wang Xianping/Xia Xiaohua won the runner-up, Zhang Kunhua/Shen Chunguo (Ningbo) ), Qian Guangqing/Lin Meili (Taipei), Shi Ruiyou/Su Suling (Taipei), Wang Yuanluo/Zhang Miner (Hangzhou) ranked 3-6 respectively.
