2020 Hengcheng Cup Bridge Network Challenge Grand Prix Competition Rules


1. Organizer

2. Competition time and place


(1) Competition time


Preliminaries: June 13-18, of which there will be 2 rounds a day on the 13th and 14th. The competition time is 9:30-12:00 in the morning and 14:30-17:00 in the afternoon; 15th-18th will be played every day Round, the game time is 19:30-22:00 in the evening.


Challenge: First game: June 26th, second game: June 27th, third game: July 4th, fourth game: July 5th. The game time is 14:30-17:00 in the afternoon.

4. Participation method


(1) The preliminaries are open to all individual members of the Chinese Bridge Association, and the competition is limited to 60 teams until the quota is full.


(2) Each team in the preliminaries can register 4-8 athletes and 1 contact person. The entry fee is 400 yuan per team. Each team will remit the service fee of the competition to the following account when registering:

(3) Each participating team must meet the conditions for video supervision of the entire competition, that is, the entire competition will be supervised by mutual supervisors through the video conference software. Each contestant needs to prepare a competition equipment + a supervision mobile phone. Teams entering the challenge must meet the conditions for the entire team to participate in offline concentrated competition. If the offline concentration cannot be met, the challenge qualification will be automatically cancelled, the entry fee will be refunded, and the challenge qualification will be extended to eligible teams.


(4) Each team must fill in the list of the team's participants online through the China Bridge Network event topic before 24:00 on June 11. The name and nickname of Xinrui are required and must be filled in accurately as a basis for checking the appearance list. The nickname can be directly filled in the registration topic or added in the personal member information. Each team must fill in the player information in the Xinrui platform event topic with the entry password before 22:00 on June 12, and the player nickname information must be consistent with the bridge network to be valid. After the start of the first round of the event, it is no longer allowed to add or adjust participants, and those who have registered and passed the review in non-event topics are not allowed to participate.


(5) Each team needs to submit the electronic version of the Chinese system card to the designated mailbox of the China Bridge Association during registration. Each team should exchange and understand the system card with their opponents in advance. The electronic version of the Chinese system card must be in PDF format and the file name should be marked with the user's name and Xinrui nickname. If the whole team uses the same system card, the note is for the x team.


(6) The professional teams are the top 4 teams in the 2019 National Bridge A Club League.


5. Competition method


(1) Preliminaries: A total of 8 rounds of points arrangement competitions will be held, with 16 decks of cards in each round. The first round of the match will be decided by the referee team. Starting from the second round, the points will be arranged according to the ranking of the previous round. The final ranking will be determined by accumulating points in each round. The top 4 teams in total and qualified for the challenge enter the challenge.


(2) Challenge: According to the results of the preliminaries, the top three teams have the right to choose their opponents among the four professional teams. Each challenge consists of a challenge team against a professional team, a total of 20 decks of cards. The challenge will be broadcast live throughout.


(3) The competition adopts the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association in 2018.


(4) The Chinese Bridge Association will select a team of judges to supervise the game and accept disputes that arise during the game.


6. Competition rewards


(1) The winners of the preliminaries will be awarded the network master points of the China Bridge Association in accordance with the "Technical Grade Standards for Chinese Bridge Association Members".


(2) Each team member who wins each challenge will receive 20 network master points.


(3) The winning team in each challenge will receive a prize of 10,000 yuan. If the challenge team wins, the challenge team will receive a 10,000 yuan bonus, and the professional team will have no bonus; if the professional team wins, the professional team will receive a 10,000 yuan bonus, and the challenge team will receive a 2,000 yuan bonus.


7. Competition Supervision


(1) Preliminaries: The two teams will exchange supervisors for supervision through online video conferences. The two teams can agree to use Tencent meeting or WeChat group video mode. Each team is in a conference room, and the supervisor designated by the opponent team enters the conference room to supervise the whole process. A team that fails to send a supervisor to supervise its opponent shall be deemed to have given up its supervision of the opponent, and shall not raise any questions about the competition style and discipline of the opponent.


(2) Challenge: The two teams will participate in the competition at designated locations respectively, and the organizer will send special personnel to supervise the whole process.
