Notice on Adjusting the Registration and Participation of the 2020 Hengcheng Cup Bridge Network Challenge Grand Prix

Each participating unit:


It is now decided to adjust the registration and entry requirements of the Hengcheng Cup Bridge Network Challenge Grand Prix, as follows:
 
1. The competition will cancel the entry fee, and the team that has paid the entry fee will refund the fee. The deadline for registration has been extended to 17:00 on June 12th, and registration must be submitted to the China Bridge Association’s mailbox ccba@sport.gov.cn in accordance with the notice requirements, otherwise the registration will be deemed invalid.


 2. After each team signs up, a liaison from the team will be assigned to join the team leader's WeChat group.
 
3. The competition is limited to 32 teams, and the deadline is full. Teams and athletes who have canceled their registration after the previous registration will no longer be accepted.


 4. All participating teams must strictly follow the competition supervision guidelines to cooperate with the online supervision of the competition and make relevant preparations in advance.
 
5. The competition method will be adjusted according to the number of participating teams.


 6. The team leader meeting will be held at 20:00 on June 12 in the team leader group. Team leaders are requested to attend on time.
