Congratulations to the team of Peter Hasenson (Captain), Steve Eginton, Barry Myers and David Sherman who have won the EBU Online Knockout Teams.
Playing against the team of Fiona Brown (Captain), Tommy Garvey, Hugh McGann and Susan Stockdale they found themselves with a 34 imp deficit after the first seven boards. They slowly came back into the match, however, and took a 3 imp lead with four boards to play. The remaining boards were all flat and the Hasenson team claimed a narrow victory.
