    Here is a supplementary notice regarding the 2020 National Bridge Youth Team Competition as follows:


1. Competition time


January 16-20, 2020


2. Competition venue


The Grand Conference Hall of Venice and Swan Castle of Oulebao International Hotel, Penglai City, Yantai, Shandong Province.


3. Registration method


(1) Each of the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and cities specifically designated in the plan can apply for 1 team per group, and each team can report for 1 team leader, 1 coach, 4-6 athletes, registration qualifications and age groups are detailed in the fifth competition rules Article regulations.


(2) Free registration for each group of the Open. Each team can report for one leader, one coach, and 4-6 athletes. For age groups, please refer to Article 5 of the Competition Rules.


(3) Each team must submit a registration form to the China Bridge Association and one in the competition area before December 31, 2019, and register online on the China Bridge Network "2020 National Bridge Youth Team Competition" event. Please provide identification materials (ID card, household register or proof of student status) at the time of registration, otherwise the registration will be deemed invalid. Open competition teams pay the entry fee after the online registration is approved.


(4) Athletes who have not uploaded their personal photos on ChinaBridge.com must complete the upload at the time of registration, which will be used for the preparation of the participation certificate. Registration without uploading photos will fail. For specific photo requirements and upload methods, please refer to the "Notice of China Bridge Association on Member Photo Collection" published by China Bridge Network.


(5) Participation fee: There is no entry fee for the championship group, and 600 yuan per team for the open competition group. The entry fee shall be remitted to the designated account or WeChat transfer before the prescribed registration deadline, otherwise the registration will not be accepted.

Fourth, the team leader meeting


The organizing committee will hold a team leader meeting at 20:30 on the evening of January 15, 2020 in the conference hall on the sixth floor of the Oral Fort Knights Resort Hotel. Team leaders are requested to attend on time.

Six, board and lodging


The board and lodging expenses of each team shall be paid by themselves. The competition venue is a seasonal tourist city, and the competition is in the off-season. In order to ensure safety, health and service quality, it is recommended that all sports teams choose hotels recommended by the competition organizing committee as much as possible:


(The following hotels are designated reception hotels by the Penglai government and Shandong sports system events)


(1) Olebao Resort Hotel Center


1. International Resort Hotel (Sports Field Hotel)


Standard room: 420 yuan/day/room (including double breakfast, 40 rooms available)


Big bed room: 420 yuan/day/room (including single breakfast, 7 rooms available)


Standard room (inner window): 370 yuan/day/room (including double breakfast, 40 rooms available)


2. Ocean Resort Hotel (One-piece hotel on the side of the stadium, 2 minutes walk from the inner corridor)


Standard room: 370 yuan/day/room (including double breakfast, 90 rooms available)


Big bed room: 370 yuan/day/room (including single breakfast, 18 rooms available)


Standard room (inner window): 340 yuan/day/room (including two breakfasts, 60 rooms can be provided)


3. Cavalier Resort Hotel (a conjoined hotel on the side of the stadium, a 2-minute walk from the inner corridor)


Themed double bed parent-child room: 480 yuan/day/room (including 2 breakfasts, 6 rooms are provided)


Theme standard room: 420 yuan/day/room (including two breakfasts, 12 rooms are provided)


The buffet lunch and dinner are provided at the Cavalier Restaurant at the Cavalier Hotel, both are 50 yuan/meal/person, which can be purchased at the front desk when you register. If necessary, please contact the hotel two hours in advance to make a reservation.


(2) Mission Hills International Hotel (Podium of Cavalier Resort Hotel, 5 minutes walk)


Standard room: 300 yuan/day/room (including double breakfast, 30 rooms are provided)


Big bed room: 300 yuan/day/room (including single breakfast, 5 rooms are provided)


(3) Oulebao Family Apartment Hotel (7-8 minutes walk to the stadium)


Building No. 4: (collective heating room)


Family suite: 340 yuan/day/set (one 1.8m and 1.5m bed each, including three breakfasts, 6 sets are provided)


Standard room: 235 yuan/day/room (including double breakfast, 50 rooms are provided)


Big bed room: 235 yuan/day/room (including single breakfast, 7 rooms are provided)


Unit 1 of Building 5: (collective heating room)


Standard room: 215 yuan/day/room (including two breakfasts, 45 rooms are provided)


Big bed room: 215 yuan/day/room (including single breakfast, 7 rooms are provided)


Breakfast at the hotel is provided in the Wuhuan restaurant on the first floor.

Seven, check in


(1) Referees and arbitration committee members will report to the competition area on January 14.


(2) The participating teams will report to the competition area on January 15.


(3) Registration location: Lobby of Penglai Oulebao International Resort Hotel


8. Transportation


(1) All teams are requested to book their own round-trip tickets. If you need the organizer to assist in booking tickets, please contact the contact person in the competition 15 days in advance.


(2) Yantai South Railway Station: 82 kilometers away from the competition site, about 200 yuan by taxi.


(3) Yantai Railway Station: About 78 kilometers away from the competition site.


(4) Yantai Penglai International Airport: It is about 37 kilometers away from the competition site, and it takes about 35 minutes by taxi for about 120 yuan.


(5) Near every station in Yantai, buses depart from Penglai.


(6) High-speed rail transfer: Jinan Station and Yantai Railway Station have high-speed trains bound for Penglai City, please check by yourself.


(7) For teams staying in the recommended hotels for the tournament, please inform the contact person in the competition area of the arrival flight or train number. The hotel will organize Penglai Airport pick-up buses 25 yuan/person, and CMB 30 yuan/person to the hotel. At noon on the 20th, arrange buses to Yantai Penglai Airport (25 yuan/person) and South High-speed Railway Station (40 yuan/person). For teams that need to charter cars, please contact the competition area one day in advance.
