019 "Zhangbi Castle" Cup Taiyuan City Bridge Grade Competition
Supplement to fill up to know
1. Implement the "China Bridge Competition Rules" and the "Supplementary Regulations of China Bridge Competition Rules (2017)" approved by the China Bridge Association in 2013.
2. Competition address: Binhe Sports Center National Fitness Volunteer Activity Center
3. Competition date: December 7-8, 2019
4. Competition Arrangement: The first-class team competition adopts a single loop, a total of 9 rounds, each with 12 pairs. The second-level team competition is divided into two stages. The first stage preliminaries will have 5 rounds of points. Each team takes 60% of the first stage's points and enters the second stage of the final. There are 4 rounds of points and 12 pairs in each round. (Please see the schedule).
Five, competition regulations
(1) It is forbidden to use the yellow bidding system and brown contract bidding.
(2) Restrict the use of psychological bids: each pair of partners can only use psychological bids in one deck of cards in each round (section).
Sixth, the game time
(1) Time limit for playing: All athletes must be seated 5 minutes before the start of the game and prepare for the game.
(2) Game time limit: 12 decks of cards 1 hour and 30 minutes.
(3) By the time limit for the game, all cards that have not been bid will be cancelled, and the time limit for cards that have already been bid is 8 minutes.
7. The team leader meeting will be held at 8:30 before the game on December 7th. The notice of relevant matters will be announced in the column of this competition of China Bridge.
8. There will be no arbitration committee in this competition. For disputed penalties, the chief referee will perform arbitration procedures, accept appeals, and make a final decision after full consultation and hearing of relevant opinions.
9. The competition venue is on the first floor of the north side of Binhe Sports Center. Stadium parking: Please enter from the north side of Binhe Sports Center, park in the underground parking lot, and receive a parking ticket from the organizing committee. A half-price discount of 2 yuan per hour can be implemented.
