1. Competition time
February 6-8, 2009.
2. Competition venue
The 8th floor of Taizhou Highway Management Office.
3. Participation
1. Only 20 players can participate. On December 31, 2008, the top 20 players in the Jiaojiang and Taipower players in the Taizhou Bridge Association's ranking will be given priority to participate (the 4 players after the individual competition last year are temporarily suspended).
2. Players who are eligible to participate in the competition must register with the Jiaojiang District Bridge Association (contact: Kong Zhaochun, Tel: 13606686302) before February 4, 2009, and they will be deemed to have given up the competition if the time expires.
3. Players who are eligible to participate in the competition will give up the competition, and they will be replaced by players ranked 21st and later. The replacement will be notified by the Jiaojiang District Bridge Association.
4. Players who have signed up for the competition cannot participate in the competition for some reason and should ask for leave from the Jiaojiang District Bridge Association. Those who have not asked for leave and do not participate in the competition will be punished by stopping participating in the Jiaojiang District competition for one to two years depending on the severity of the situation.
4. Competition method
1. The five-table single-hand shift method is adopted. There are 19 rounds of the competition with 6 decks of cards in each round. Points are scored according to IMP and MP, and the overall ranking is determined according to the ranking of IMP and MP. If the overall ranking is the same, the MP ranked first will be ranked first.
2. Implement the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association.
3. Use a unified bidding system and defensive signals. The bidding system and defensive signals refer to the bidding system and defensive signals stipulated in the 4th Taizhou "Ace King Cup" Individual Competition.
4. Competition round arrangement: 5 rounds in the evening on the 6th, afternoon on the 7th and evening on the 7th, and 4 rounds in the afternoon on the 8th. The game started at 19:00 on the evening of the 6th.
5. Incentives
1. The top eight candidates will be rewarded.
2. The last 4 players are temporarily unable to participate in the next year's individual competition.
6. Matters not covered will be notified separately.
