1. Organizer
Lanzhou Sports Bureau, Lanzhou Education Bureau, Lanzhou Culture Publishing Bureau.

3. Competition time and location
It was held at the Provincial and Municipal Bridge Activity Center on June 19-21, 2009.
4. Competition items
Open team competition, women's team competition, open double competition, women's double competition.
5. Participating Units
All enterprises, institutions, institutions, schools, industries, troops, social organizations, bridge clubs, and bridge associations in Lanzhong, provinces, cities and districts can form teams to participate.
6. Eligibility
1. Those who must hold official Lanzhou resident ID cards and military certificates (other certificates are invalid) that have been applied for before September 30, 2008, and who have been checked by the medical department to prove their health can participate in the competition on behalf of all units.
2. An athlete can only participate in the competition on behalf of one unit. Athletes participating in the competition must sign the "Agreement on the Qualification of Athletes in the Mass Group" with the unit and the representative unit.
3. Must be over 18 years old (born before December 31, 1991).
7. Participation method
1. Number of applicants: Each team can apply for 1 team leader, 1 coach, and 4-6 athletes; for units that have not participated in the team competition, 2 athletes can apply for the double competition.
2. Each participating team must fill in the "Lanzhou 6th Games Membership Registration Form" and apply for an athlete certificate to participate in the competition. The athlete holds an official ID card and has two two-inch color photos of the recent free crown, which will be sent to the athletes at the time of registration The office of the qualification review committee conducts qualification registration review.
8. Competition method
1. Implement the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" and the "China Bridge Association Double Contract Bridge Judgment Law (Trial)" approved by the China Bridge Association and the supplementary regulations of Gansu Province Bridge Competition.
2. Competition system: The competition system for each event is determined according to the number of registered teams and the number of pairs.
Nine, admission method
1. The top eight places in all competitions are admitted and scored according to 9, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. If the number of participating teams (pairs) is insufficient, all admissions will be accepted, with the highest score.
2. The winners of the ranking shall be implemented in accordance with the "Lanzhou City 6th Games Reward Measures".
3. The selection of sports ethics awards for the representative teams and individuals shall be implemented in accordance with the "Lanzhou 6th Sports Games Sportsmanship Award Selection Methods".
10. Registration and check-in
1. The deadline for registration is May 9, 2009. Before that, all teams are required to submit the registration form in duplicate (handwritten invalid) and the electronic registration form (word format using U disk) to the Lanzhou Sports Bureau Competition and Training Division. No changes or supplements are allowed after registration, and no supplements will be made after the deadline.
2. Each participating team shall pay for the board, lodging and transportation expenses by themselves.
3. All participating teams and referees will report to the provincial and municipal bridge activity centers on June 18. At 4 pm, a joint meeting of the Competition Committee, Referees, Team Leaders, and Coaches will be held at the center (Address: No. 262, Railway West Village, Chengguan District). Those who fail to meet for some reason shall be held accountable.
11. Arbitration Committee and Referee Group
1. The members of the arbitration committee and the chief referee are selected by the competition department of the organization (preparatory) committee.
2. The responsibilities of the Arbitration Commission shall be implemented in accordance with the "Regulations on the Arbitration Commission" issued by the State Sports General Administration.
12. Other
1. Those who violate the qualifications and discipline of athletes shall be punished in accordance with the relevant regulations of the conference.
2. Matters not covered will be fixed separately.
13. The right to interpret and modify this regulation belongs to the Organizing (Preparatory) Committee of the Conference
