The 4th National Sports Conference Bridge Competition Regulations
1. Competition time and location:
It will be held in Hefei, Anhui Province in May 2010. The specific time and place will be notified separately.
2. Competition items:
(1) Men's Team

(5) Women's Double
(6) Mixed double
(7) Individual men
(8) Individual women
3. Participating Units:
Provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, cities under separate state planning, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, People's Liberation Army, and industry sports associations can form teams to participate.
4. Athlete qualifications:
(1) The participating athletes must be bridge players registered by the Chess and Card Sports Management Center of the State Sports General Administration. The qualifications of athlete representatives are subject to the registered representative units in 2010. The exchange and transfer of athletes shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the State Sports General Administration.
(2) Athlete registration or representative qualification confirmation must be completed before March 31, 2009. The qualifications of athlete representatives are publicized on www.ccba.org.cn.
5. Participation method:
(1) The team competition has a qualifier and the 2009 National Bridge Association Championship. 16 men and women will each select 16 teams for the finals.
1. The men’s team is admitted from the top 9 in the Open Group, the top 3 in the B, the 10-12 in the A, and the 4 in the B. A unit can only form 1 team to participate in the competition, and the vacancy generated will be filled in order.
2. The women's team is enrolled from the top 9 in the women's group, the top 3 in the second class, the 10-12 in the first class, and the 4 in the second class. A unit can only form 1 team to participate in the competition, and the vacancy generated will be filled in order.
3. If Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan form teams to participate, the number of admissions will be reduced accordingly.
(2) Units participating in the current two competitions of the men's and women's team competitions can report to a team to participate in the mixed team competition and the mixed double competition. Athletes may not pair up across units. A unit that only participates in the men's and women's team competitions can join a team with another unit that only participates in the men's and women's team competitions to participate in mixed team competitions and mixed doubles. Athletes can only compete with this unit Pair up. Each unit is limited to 2 pairs of athletes to participate in the mixed double competition.
(3) Only athletes participating in the men's and women's team competitions can participate in the men's and women's double competitions. Athletes are not allowed to cross-unit pairings. Each team is limited to 2 pairs of athletes.
(4) Each unit and each group can report 1 athlete to participate in the individual competition. Units that have not participated in the team competition can also sign up, and 2 athletes from the same unit can participate in the mixed double competition.
(5) Each team in the team competition can report 1 team leader and coach, and 4-6 athletes. In the mixed team competition, there are 2-3 male and female athletes each.
6. Competition method:
(1) Implement the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association.
(2) The men's and women's team competitions are divided into two stages. The first stage is a group round robin: 12 decks of cards in each game, ranked according to VP points, each group will take the top 4 to enter the second stage; the second stage is a knockout and additional round: the first stage of each group has the first team Quan chooses opponents from the second to fourth place in another group to play in the quarter-finals, 32 cards in the quarter-finals, and 48 cards in the semi-finals and finals. 32 decks of 3, 4 play-offs.
(3) The mixed team competition is divided into two stages. The first stage adopts the Swiss system: 6 rounds of competition, 8 decks of cards in each round, ranked by VP points, the top 8 will enter the second stage; the second stage will be the knockout and play-offs: the top 3 teams in the first stage In turn, you can choose your opponents from the 5th to 8th teams to play in the quarter-finals, each with 24 decks of cards in the quarter-finals and semi-finals, and 32 decks in the finals and the 3rd and 4th playoffs.
(4) The men's and women's double matches are divided into two stages. The preliminaries of the first stage adopt the Mitchell system for 2 games: 22-24 pairs in the match, the top 24 will play the second preliminaries, and the top 12 will enter the second stage. In the second stage of the final, the Synchronous Howell system was used for 2 games, with a total of 44 cards.
(5) The mixed double match is divided into two stages. The first stage of the preliminaries adopts the Mitchell system: 2 matches, 22-24 pairs of matches, the top 28 will be in the second preliminaries, and the top 16 will enter the second stage; the second stage finals will use the synchronous Howell system: competition Play 2 games, a total of 45 decks of cards.
(6) The individual competition method depends on the registration situation. Adopt the system designated by China Bridge Association.
(7) Athletes participating in team and double competitions must bring the agreement card in triplicate, one copy to the competition committee when registering, and the other two to the table during the competition.
7. Adjudication and arbitration:
The State Sports General Administration shall select the chief referee, referees and arbitration committee members, and the organizer shall select the remaining referees.
8. Admission ranking and rewards:
(1) The top 6 of each category will be awarded. For events where the number of people (pairs, teams) participating in the competition is less than 6 people (pairs, teams), only performances will be performed and no ranking will be accepted.
(2) Master points of China Bridge Association are awarded to all competitions.
(3) A "Sportsmanship Award" will be established, and the selection method will be determined separately.
9. Registration and registration:

10. Anti-doping work:
Anti-doping publicity and education will be carried out during the competition, and doping inspections will be carried out. Related matters will be notified separately.
11. Others:
(1) The board and lodging expenses of the sports team in the competition area shall be borne by the organizing committee according to the unified standard of the organizing committee, and the organizing committee shall be responsible for the organizing committee.
(2) The requirements of sports team naming and dress advertisements shall be implemented in accordance with the regulations of the State Sports General Administration. The specific content will be notified separately.
